What are these 7 principles of IC in contrast to 17 principles mentioned in COSO 2013 Framework? These 7 sounds good but what is the basis for these? Pls explain.

the first thing that should be explained with internal control is why it's called internal vs external and explain this difference and then proceed.

    Hello friends,
    I have a few questions:
1 / What is the difference between COSO internal control and ERM ?.
2 / Why and When a company should implement ERM instead of internal control ?.

Dear Friends, I have a question about internal control:
1/ I think internal control (IC) are activities that identify risks and frauds occurring in business processes and financial reports. After the IC (internal control) department detects risks, it will propose to management levels or the Board of Directors to identify risks and handle them. Question: Am I understanding this correctly?, I hope you can answer and add more. Thank you.
