Gotta believe Cavs will use the Levert expiring deal for obvious reasons! We need more size and length in the frontcourt! Kenny doesn't like playing 2 smalls and 2 bigs already. A SF and a stretch big is exactly what we need! That SF spot has eluded KOBY forever! He just hasn't even tried to draft a player that fits that archetype since he's been here. UNEXPLAINABLE! Positional size and length matters!
I think dropping Levert is a big loss. Dwade, Emoni, Tyson, plus Merrill and 2nd rounds picks (do we have those?) for Cam (or someone similar), I'd do it. I just fear if someone gets injured between the deadline and the playoffs, who is gonna come off the bench when the Cavs trade away 3-4 players for Player XYZ?
Biggest need starting SF not the shooting guards who are 6'5" cant go into the playoffs with 5'11"PG 6'1" SG and 6'5" SF teams will shoot right over those small guys from the outside a back up big isnt needed in the playoffs
Cavs can’t make any moves. Nobody wants the Cavs garbage for a significant player. Levert, Wade or Okoro isn’t bringing back a thing. Be satisfied with just being a playoff team
Don’t trade anyone. You are getting greedy. The team is still so young and they will only get smarter and tougher. If not this year, then next, or next next. Patience is the key. Don’t be short sighted.
Just giving away Craig Porter Jr. doesn't get you under the luxury tax. Teams have to roster at least 14 players and eventually 15 by the end of the season. If you get rid of Porter, you still have to sign someone else to a vet minimum deal to replace him to get the roster back to 14. Just trading Porter for a second-round pick doesn't work. That new player will make a salary in the same neighborhood that the Cavs are already paying Porter. I can't believe the guys on this show don't understand how this works. In order to shed the salary to get under the luxury tax you have to send out at least 4 million dollars or more in a trade and only bring back 2 million while keeping the number of players rostered the same. Trading anyone making less than Dean Wade's 6 million does not get it done to get under the tax. It would be easier for the Cavs to just go all in a make a trade to take on more salary and just bite the bullet on the tax situation. That's why the Cavs have an owner that is the second richest in the entire NBA. Gilbert has a net worth reported to be 35 billion and I'm sure Gilbert wants to win a non-Lebron title really bad. Pony up the dough!
This is the guardians vs. Yanks conversation from a few months ago... Guardians in 1st place around the trade deadline, hey, you need to get better and get home field if you want to beat the yanks, nah, we are a "well run organization", we don't need to do anything and we will goof around during the last series, piss away home field, and watch the Yanks celebrate on our field. Right now, Boston will smoke this team in the playoffs, make a move.
We can deal for (wings): Kevin Durant, Bradley Beal, Cam Johnson, Jerami Grant, Brandon Ingram, Jimmy Butler, Zach Levine, Kyle Kuzma, Andrew Wiggins, Miles Bridges, Larry Nance, DeAndre Hunter Center/Another Big: Jonas V
Sam Merrill and Craig Porter Jr. for Brooklyn Center Day’Ron Sharpe. A young, athletic, 6’10 265 lbs. center that is an elite rim protector and rebounder. That lessen the pressure from Allen in the Playoffs. Mobley will able to play at 4 full-time.
No forwards are needed. Wade and Mobley provide great perimeter D and shooting. Go after Val of Wizards as backup for Allen at center so Wade and Mobley can remain on peimeter. Val is big enough to box out big centers like Embid. Okoro is a young player with salary that matches, I bet Wiz would take him and a couple of young guys from Thor, Porter, Bates. Travers, or Tyson.
lol wade, was injured in a whole playoff game last year. i was pissed why he was still on this team. he's basically a regular season guy. comes playoff he get injured and unplayable.

Levert is gone next year anyway
Cant trade bates and without levert the rest make 12mill total which isnt enough for cam 23mill
@@ryuujinusa By NBA rule, Emoni Bates cannot be traded since he's on a 2-way contract

Really wished Cavs would've gotten they're hands on Oubre Jr 😔

Was Shummprt or Channing Fry be " closing 5 " on a Championship Team ??
Wade , Levert and Okoro are literally ALWAYS injured. Package them all up and get something else STAT!!!
Get lavert outta here asap stay hurt ty Jerome took his job as 6th man
@@thisizcle140 agreed
So other teams know they are always hurt as well, so why would you think we would get anything decent for them!!!!
Wish we could of moved up and took dalton knecht
AND....who says the #GoCavs dont bomb out and lose in thhe first round ?? #NoGaurentees

Yeah cuz they smoked them last year in the playoffs injured
Jae Crowder is on Sacramento, he's not an option
Crowder like to eat clam chowder!!! :)

is bradley beal the real deal?
Beal has a no trade who u matching for drurant 48 mill butler 52 mill grant 35 mill zach 40 mill
We took okoro over avidja toppin and maxey
That's Diabolical 😂
They should of drafted Ware or Missi like I was screaming for them to do
Idk why they ain’t draft Missi
Ware was drafted #15, Cavs didn't have a chance to select him unless they traded up since they had the 20th pick
Well, they would have had to trade up to get Warr.
Tyson a dawg
@ go look at Ware and Missi

Tyvis yawning is diabolical 😂 Going against the grain, I'm cool with a Garland trade if it could yield a big return.
What? Y’all don’t watch games I swear DG has been the best player on this squad all season from play making to being clutch to scoring

Lmfao wade will be a 0 in the offs....and he stay hurt....come on bro be real
@@thisizcle140 exactly, Wade could be unplayable in the playoffs. Right now, Boston smokes us in the playoffs.

@rustywagner30 Maybe LeVert, they'd love expiring contract, and Cavs could get him back in offseason.
