Going into this game clemson’s offense was ranked 20th in the nation in total offense with DJU the offense was 90th in total offense… Cade has been better this year than DJ has at Oregon state

@@TheRacketter334 yall is bold not everyone did but im one who did blame him as look at his stats on games we lost... sc game i think it was 8-29 or something like that he made the coaches re write multiple plays because his awareness was always so sluggish. So short and sweet yes he did single handedly throw away clemsons playoff hopes last season now the season before that wasnt on him, but last season was him and entirely him. Cade is much better and only a true sophmore. Expect big things once we get these stupid coaching and turonver mistakes out of the way.

Why isn’t D.J. Uiagelelei playing at Clemson anymore? Did he have a problem with Coach Dabo? Why is he at Oregon State?
Simplest answer is they don't have at least two or three dog receivers and Clemson requires a dual-threat quarterback for their program and offense to work. Why do they keep recruiting pro-style quarterbacks. Yes both Club Nick and DJ are pro-style when it comes to the Collegiate level nowadays. And they change their offense up integrate. If they kept the offense 2014 they would do significantly more.
. They used to run plays at the speed of lightning throwing bubbles, more bubble screens, dives, read-option, inverted option, spread Jet Sweep play action counter dive, Z motion read option with the ability to pitch, heavy formation quarterback power,, traditional option mostly out of the spread but also have unique pistol formations. Usually followed up by play-action bombs just running it up.. their offensive Playbook was so creative oh, it exported any formation you came out and then they went is lightning speed . The Dual quarterback was out of necessity . Debo headed delusional fantasy he was going to do things unique and different by cultivating a homegrown Talent when in reality it was all a delusion and he's been blind to it all. But I can't say anything until the final whistle blows and it's out of it for him yet. You may be onto something but none of us are aware of who he is the only man responsible for his life, Clemson Harden and I think fans should I trust that he's got something bigger and more Visionary in store. I'm not a crimson fan I like them but I'm sure hoping for you because if not I'm sorry is ugly

Definitely took a step back today on offense. Special teams stunk. Team doesn't seem to enjoy playing. Flat and robotic.

I think we should fire our offense coordinator he doesn’t know what he is doing I know actually what play they are running every time depending on the down and I am only 14 imagine at least a smart defensive coordinator reading this like a book
Clemson's offense is worse than last year. Team just doesn't seem to gel together. Defense is good. But the offense is awful. Shipley is the only thing they have going.

This year's offense is worse and there's still more than half their games left to play. The players are older, been in the system longer. They should be better. Period!!!

It is becoming clear that Clemson probably lost its best football coach when Venables left for Oklahoma. Looks like Swinney has no clue as to what is wrong with his team (my team) and absolutely no idea what to do to make it better or fix it. God help us.
Dabo keeps hiring his former players with no coaching experience as coaches. And for the last couple of years the blame was on DJU. DJ is gone but the offense looks the same.

I just don't see a path back to dominance for Clemson. They should have absolutely been abusing the transfer portal. That is a requirement now, it's entirely clear, what the f was Dabo thinking? My goodness Clemson had some great teams though especially the years with ettiene. They were just fun to watch had an exciting offense, things were really popping off.
Need a transfer QB, Clubnik is not him period.
@@Alejandro-mv1lh that and we can't ignore the wide receivers as a whole are just not on par with the past. Fix those two issues and you got a real contender fast. Clemson is always going to have an attractive name and program. But it could get dark for a few years at least. Think part of the unraveling was recruiting DJ. Objectively he was not a good fit for their offense. He's frankly more of a pro-style quarterback at the college level despite having some speed. No Clemson requires a true dual-threat quarterback they always have a good running back they just need better wide receivers and get back to the old bubble screens read options Fast Pace football that them to where they were.. I know times have changed but I don't think they should have ever veered from that , simply evolved it. Clemson should be abusing the RPO and many teams of the past would have exploited it to an insane degree.
@@Alejandro-mv1lh Dabo seems to be becoming a bit stranger every year. He's done some questionable things that have proven to be simply strange and ineffective. Cool to be unique, but it's like he lost his awareness. In such success may have gotten to his head ever so slightly. I don't see the same guy I did five years ago.
@@Alejandro-mv1lh they could have clipped off an elite group of receivers this offseason just from the transfer portal they can probably replace all the starters now. I don't know about quarterback but they certainly could have grabbed Hartman if they would have tried, not sure he's a great fit but they could have found somebody else. Clublink is playing like a low four-star or high 3-star at best. And still is not a true dual-threat quarterback which is essential.

He seems off mentally. I think he's a unique guy and that's obviously led to some success. As I've been saying I think the success ever-so-slightly got into his head and he's done some frankly strange and ineffective things that have not panned out. I just don't see the same guy last time they won The Natty. He's coming off a bit delusional.
