After changing the recovery model from bilk logged/simple to full, log backup will not work, we need to take full backup again and once we take full backup later on log backup will work as per their schedule.Ref : 30:12
Obviously as it breaks the chain. I didn't mention that specifically as I expect the audience to be aware of it.
To be sure, if it's a VLDB, you don't need to take a FULL backup to do this... you can do a DIFF backup.
