Before I use osram night breaker! Very good on hi-beam but not on low beam but still brighter than ordinary hologen light bulb and at low beam the lights a bit yellow and a bit whiter at hi-beam 2800k-3500k and since I already try osram brand now I'm going to try Phillip racing vision gt2000 hopefully the low beam light colour is in between 3200-3500k a little bit whiter. Because if you're driving the yellowish colour somewhere in the mountains road at night the atmosphere of the yellowish surrounding colour feel kinda scary compare to the whites colour surrounding makes you feel safe.
It depends how bright the bulbs are. I can drive without a problem with my HIKARI 2023 Titanova LED 6000K on any conditions, because they are simply amazing. For halogens the best option now are Philips RacingVision GT200, without having to great expectations from them. They are still halogens.
nice video and thx for the review. i have a question. i read some comments that gt200 lasted in 2 months in amazon. is it possible? i want to use these bulbs but i'm confused if they last too short. i'm also considering to use xtreme vision %130 in philips. which one do you suggest? thx in advance
If that was the case those people did something wrong when they installed the bulbs. Most probably they touched the glass of the bulb and that's why they burned so fast. A good friend of mine has RacingVision GT200 for 3 years, so it all comes down to how good are the roads you drive on. The vibrations are what's decreasing their lifespan, if they were installed properly. But them without a worry and be careful when you install them, that's all.
Hello sir how would these bulbs perform in a projector setup compared to reflector my car has single projector setup with both high and low beam in single projector the stock lights are not very powerful do you think these bulbs woulb be a better upgrade or should i go for led my budget is tight
If you are willing to use LEDs I recommend you the HIKARI Thunder CSP LEDs. Theya re really affordable and very good for projectors. You must have H4 bulbs.
@@Netflix9919 As long as you don't expect Osram or Philips to look like LED all will be ok. Get the cheapest you can find out of Philips RacingVision GT200 and OSRAM Night Breaker 200.
Hi i have purchased new RV GT200 & plan to use it for low beam. Which one you much prefer for my high beam NB200 or RV GT200 again ?which one is better regardless in price.thanks
Are cheap led bulbs like 20usd good for rare use as I live in a city I don't need to keep the high beam on I just need it as a flasher, so, the life expectancy will be higher?
Salut!
Hi! I just got a new car and am wondering if I should go with xtreme vision or racing vision gt200, what would you recommend? I travel at night so I don´t like LED that much, since it´s not that good in fog/rain.
It depends on the LED. if it's a good quality one you can see very well even on bad weather. If it's a cheap one then yes, they will not be good. Get RacingVision GT200 or the ACUMA Nova-S +600% LED, which are 2 times better than Philips RacingVision.
Hi Bro, I really appreciate your efforts. I'm really confused with these headlight bulbs.. plz help me out. Im on budget and need good visibility lighting in both HIGH and LOW beam. which is good one H4 Racing Vision GT200 or NIGHTEYE LED LIGHT or OSRAM NIGHT BREAKER?
The LEDs will always be superior to any halogen, but i would recommend you the LUXSTER 2024 Punisher LED. They are amazing for the money. If you want halogens, you will get a lesser visibility and yellowish light. Still for those I'd get Philips RacignVision GT200.

hi im currently switching back to good halogen bulbs from using hid kits in my reflector headlights as the hid kits (iv tried both cheap and expensive brands with good reviews) seem too start to flicker and die after 2 years. iv currently fitted osram nightbreaker 200 h7 to my dipped beams and im pleased with the results. how ever i know find h1 full beam bulbs are pretty useless. what would you recomend for a h1 high beam bulb? ideally would like to stick with halogen as on my 2012 fiesta iv heard alot of led h1 bulbs just dont fit in the headlight. would osram super bright premium be a good option or would a 100w bulb be too powerful and unsafe for the plastic headlight? any helps appreciated thanks.
I would not use 100W bulbs, they are really dangerous for normal cars. Get Philips X-tremeVision Pro150 on H1. I still cannot understand how you are pleased with a halogen after using HID. They must've been so very bad ones. If you want get the HIKARI 2023 Titanova LED or ACUMA Nova-S +600% LEDs H1 and H7 and you will not have any flickering and I assure you won't come back to halogens.
@@m3rovingian thanks. Iv had multiple hid kits and the latest H7r kit for reflector lights was excellent and much better than the h7 kit I had previously but as they arnt really designed to be used in reflector headlights I don't think they give all that much gain over good halogens. The nightbreaker 200 arnt quite as bright but are an excellent bulb and are adequate for me. Iv went back to halogen as I want them to be longer lasting and these should hopefully be longer lasting. As its expensive and a pain to keep replacing £50+ hid kits every 2 years as it's a headlight off job. Thanks I'll give the x-tremevisiom pro150 a try
@@glenn1484 Ok. The HIKARI and ACUMA +600% LED will last 50.000 hours and have 2 years full warranty. if anyone would burn out in that period, they will replace it for free. The light is out of this world.
@@m3rovingian Hi, seems you know your stuff, can i ask you what bulbs to buy for Audi A3 8v non led lights, not looking for anythig complicated to fit, just full front leds or whatever you can recomend. thanks for any help.
Thanks for this video. I think its helpfull for me to see the performance both of type. In your opinion as you experience and research which better lamp in condition at rain or in dense fog. Thanks
@@m3rovingian Thanks for replying. But if i compare the price Osram NB200 and Philips GT200, the price for Philips GT200 can buy two sets of osram NB200😂 Will consider it
Both look identical. You won't be able to tell them apart. Philips is better with 20 Lux @ 3 meters away and usually cheaper. I'd get them for H4 and H7. On H11 I'd get OSRAM, because Philips doesn't produce them on that fitting.
It depends on the H fitting. On H11 OSRAM NB200 are the best because Philips doesn't make RV GT200 on that fitting. On H4 and H7 I'd get Philips RV GT200.
@@m3rovingian Oh ok, so in my case for H7 the best option is Philips right? By the way, are some better bulbs with same range price? or theese one are okay?
sir...as a personal using this philips racing vision 200%, at your observation at your car,how long the lifespan for this halogen lamp will be last? thank you
It all depends on the quality of the roads you drive on. The vibrations will decrease their lifespan. Still, I have a dear friend who had them for 3 years, so miracles can happen :)
Salut. Ce dorești nu există. As vrea eu însă asta e realitatea.
Oricum as vrea te rog sa imi spui cum sunt ele in comparatie cu Philips Whitevision?
Eu as lua RacingVision GT200.
Well it's the way the camera recorded them, while I used the same settings here. You can look also at the street lights they are the same. Now I think we should take with a grain of salt what the bulbs manufacturers say about their lights Kelvin...But if you would put side by side all the +200% halogens you could hardly tell them apart when it comes to the light color.
@@m3rovingian thanks for the reply. If they both look almost identical in terms of kelvin, which would you recommend to buy? My X-tremeVision 130% H7 has just blown, so looking to get one of these two. The Osram are about £3/4 more expensive in the U.K., so I’m not sure if the extra money is worth it.

@@m3rovingian I’ll look into those, thanks. I’m surprised the Ring bulbs came out on top. I’ve had the X-tremeVisions in since October 2019, so they’ve lasted me a fair amount of time
@@samedwards1785 The surprise was on my part also. But this is the reality, despite their lesser quality look. Not bad, almost 2 years and a half it's very good. I wasn't so lucky. Mine burned out after 1 year, but the roads here are pretty bad.
The price of philips is 1.4 time of osram in my place. But it seems better in mountain road at night. And I have heard that the Philips would least longer. So, seems like Philips worth the extra money.🤔

Niceee.. Thanks for the comparison... I needed to know how the night breaker looked in rain.. Night breaker vs Lazer seems like a night breaker is whitish, however when compared between Night breaker against Philips.. Then night breaker seems to have warmer color
Both OSRAM 200 and Philips GT200 look about the same. Philips is with 20Lux better and cost less. That's why I recommend them. If you want white light and amazing visibility, get HIKARI 2023 Titanova LED or ACUMA Nova-S +600% LED.
