I held my breath for the entire Doyle solo!! What a fantastic style that guy has.

That same tone Jimmie Vaughan often used playing with Stevie…… mimicking an organ. It’s fantastic!!!!

A band with Doyle and KWS would be so awesome!

Hmm, intriguing for sure but DBII is a very diff artist from KWS - for example KWS is a purer blues rocker
(Baby Got Gone - great album) whereas DBII is more of a songwriter with an of eclectic mix of music styles ranging from Jimi, Beatles, Trower, James Brown, Prince, etc., etc., listen to the album 'Rich Man' - wow
his time with Roger Waters, Andy Fairweather Low, Eric Clapton, Sheryl Crow and Derek Trucks has informed his artistry big time..

First time I have seen, heard Doyle Bramhall sing. Have seen him as a sideman for Eric Clapton and Gary Clark JR in videos.

@@jeffgreenberg7005 For sure! That entire album is an absolute blues-rock masterpiece. Doyle and Charlie Sexton backed by Double Trouble, SRV's rhythm section. One of my all-time faves.

This is terrific, is it part of a full show or just this single performance? I've been fortunate to see Kenny and Doyle solo plus with Amazing shortlived Arc Angel's. Would be fantastic to see these together in UK

This was just a one-off performance in Austin a couple of years ago. I only got the one video. Thanks for watching.

It's a bit lacklustre sounding to my ears, I'm bored to death by srv wannabees, time to move on

Doyle's dad co-wrote a lot of songs with SRV and Kenny's dad was a concert promoter and Kenny was at SRV concerts as a child. Tommy Shannon was SRV's drummer. It's a tribute, not wannabes.
