It’s exactly the same as you have your driving license - you obey the rules of the highways and respect other motor users - you do not disrespect in anyway other motorists or pedestrians etc.
There are still a minority of people who do not research the public law, people seem to want to interfere with other people.
I’m in my seventies I live in a nice area of Madeira,Portugal - I lived in the UK for fifty years.
Here we do not interfere with whatever other neighbours are doing or saying - we go about out daily lives with ease……..
When I moved into my lovely house here in July 2023 the next morning after moving in neighbours had left at our front door various fruit,veg and wine - we didn’t know for a month which neighbours had been kind.
We all bid each other a good day or have the occasional chat etc. we’re respectful to other and with humour.
Live and let live I say it’s easier 😂
That would be your experience in just about any country on earth if you're living in a wealthy area surrounded by wealthy neighbors. For the people who can't afford to retire in Portugal, life is a bit different.

The contract of the security guard who threatened violence should also be terminated. The other two security guards should receive official warnings regarding their conduct. Contact the freeholder of the building and make an official complaint.

The receptionist and secretary need to be reported to management.

I think this is a seminal demonstration that some people simply cannot grasp the fundamental concept of laws from social contracts; that they arise from an implicit or explicit agreement among individuals to form a society and for the greater good of that society. Clearly to some people "Law" means only "what I think" or "what my big boss tells me". When you're out in public you can film anything you can see with your eyes, fair enough, but I don't know how else you're going to see something other than with your eyes, it also begs the question, is a blind person allowed to film in public? They can't see anything with their eyes, surely we don't discriminate against them, even if filming something would be absolutely pointless for them, they should still be allowed to if they so choose.

What does it mean to see? Is it the eyes and whatever is at back of the eye (staves?) that react to the light and fires of small electrical signal? Or is it the signals reaching the brain which interpret the signal and forms images in the mind? It both?
And what is the definition of a blind person? Actually blind as in living in a world of darkness? Or legally blind but with some ability to see shadows and distinguish between dark and light areas?
