You have no legal obligation to be photographed and filmed EVEN after arrest. They only have legal standing on fingerprints and dna. Always refuse the camera.

The officer the other day who said I'm not investigating X because I've a mortgage and a family and if I investigate him my career is over. They have started to fix the cycling emotorbike issues in the city. Not enough, but a start.
Also, NEVER have them delete the photo. Photos can be UNdeleted for 30 days. Deleting a photo is nothing. Once it's taken, you must request it via GDPR.
