I’m new to the balloon business world! Your videos have been very helpful! Thank you for sharing so many gems. Are prices lower when purchasing balloons from wholesalers when you have a LLC?

Yes. Some of the wholesalers do have a separate price for businesses (you don't necessarily need to be an LLC, but registered as a business). Check each site for info and register an account with them

Thank you 😊. I understand your pain. It can be a tough market out there. Making business relationships with corporate/ high end clients might help you secure high paying business in this competitive market
Do you advertise at all?
Have you visited Banquet Halls, Hotels, Event Venues? Build relationships to promote yourself and provide flyers/biz cards/website, etc.
Attend Networking events. Contact Companies and find out if they have a Social Committee and promote your services.
Merchants that you patronize, make inquires if they ever have events they could use your services for. Heck, go Door to door and offer your services.
Balloon Garlands outside or inside a business can draw in new customers for them. Sometimes even other Decorators have a huge event they can’t handle by themselves and the potential is there to collaborate with them. Be creative in your marketing. Get referrals from former clients.
Be confident and assertive. Talk to the competition and find out what’s working for them. You got this. Good luck.
Yes. I mainly advertised through paid Facebook ads (specifically boosted posts) on my business page. Most of my business came from those ads. I also have a yelp account. I have a website, IG page, I pass out business cards, regularly post my work, and do word of mouth advertising. I also recommend networking at events and bridal shows and passing out business cards at businesses
You are so incredibly talented, and knowledgeable. Your creations are gorgeous...and classy! It's not often people are willing to share like this, thank you! I made my first balloon backdrop for my daughter's sweetheart dance. I could NOT have done it without you!!! Being inexperienced (and the project was last-minute), I was left to Amazon and Party City for materials. Can you suggest and websites for balloons? Is your source wholesale only? Also, do you always use balloon shine? If so, what brand do you reccomend? You have inspired me!!

Oooh, one more question...I had additional mylar balloons i wanted to "stick" on, not tie on...they are like teflon--nothing sticks!!! Any tips?

@demetrioscarbone9105 I use hi shine balloon shine, though I'm sure the distributors I listed sell different brands. Try using Glu Dashes to attach mylars to a balloon garland. You can get them off Amazon
