That hole with the cable across the creek you were catching them out of is my favorite hole on the stream and often overlooked by many fishing there. My PB of nearly 7lbs came out of that hole. I'll be there myself a week from today, and we've rented the small stream out in March. I have some small worms from Appalachian Baits that I'll be trying there, along with the new minnow release. I've fished that stream for 25 years.
Yes that hole is very overlooked by many. I find it best to fish from the location I was standing. Congrats on catching your PB there and best of luck fishing next week. I was just up there on Sunday and the water is down quite a bit. Hopefully some of this rain coming will help out. I have been fishing there since the 80's. I love it!
@@GoneFishing2 low water presents a challenge. My approach is to downsize your bait and slow your presentation. I usually leave the spinners in the truck. I tiny amount of dough bait on a #12-16 hook drifted under a float, or a whacky rig worm like you were doing again, slow with a very small hook and insignificant weight added. The bridge hole has payed off for me as well. They run a great business there and it shows when you look at their booking schedule online and see the wait time.
Great video! Really good looking creek there and some real nice trout. Crazy how those trout go for that pink worm. I've been catching a lot of trout latelt on a pink berkley power worm.
Hey Cooper. This trip I did not see that many goldens as normal but the previous trip they were everywhere. Good luck on your trip and catch a big one!
Love this. Thank you for harvesting the stockers.
Nice fish!!
Thank you :)

Yes they do run a great business. We have 3 bookings on the big stream and 1 booking for the private stream next year. Can't wait!

Thanks for watching! Yes the trout really love them. Give the trout maxx ones a try from Bass pro or Cabelas. I prefer them over the berkley ones.
@@GoneFishing2 I'll give them a try. They just opened a new bass pro store near me. I was gonna check it out this weekend, maybe I'll pick some up
If they have them grab some of the fluorescent orange ones too.
hello good trout fishing congratulations happy thanksgiving a question teuchas fishing line that pound has to be in advance I thank you 👍
Thank you :) At this location I fish with 10 pound line but normally use 6 pound when fishing other streams.
@@GoneFishing2 Thank you, I appreciate it👍
