You look so cute! I have made pumpkin pie. So good. I make the crust homemade. But that pie crust looks excellent. Looks yummy! If you were close I’d come over for a slice. Crust could have docked. But it looks excellent 😀❤

With pie shells cook the pie crust for like 10 minutes without anything in it tht way ur crust will be fully cooked by the time the pie is done.

If you pre-bake you would definitely need to put tin foil on the edges.

According to your instructions, you were supposed to bake the dough first, then lower oven and put in filling. Cover pie edges.
