One of the biggest & lessons in recovery is being honest. Putting a face on it & hiding everything from people was exhausting when I was drinking & talking drugs. Honestly has freed me Cass. 🙏🏻👊🏻💯

Done a lot of soul searching the last 2 an a half years. One thing I've found is I've usually got the answers but I need to speak to people to confirm it 🤣 think that's an addict things as well 🤔 the self doubt & thoughts of not being worthy of good things. It's all a work in progress 💯 like an onion I've been working through the layers of learnt behaviour & character defects. I'm getting there Pollyanna 🙏🏻❤️
