If you have an expert in clinical psychology evaluate the board members in this video, they'll tell you the whole board started attacking on his anthropology. He was even criticized (constructively indeed) in the end for using a hand gesture, by saying that with an air quote hand gesture "entertaining".

Because every year there are many lac of engineers coming out and few (around 5000) getting jobs in psu ies je ae and so on govt engineering jobs. Some get decent jobs outside india and come back to crack upsc. But what about others. Lac of engineers just running after 15-20000 jobs struggling with 5-6 rounds technical hr interview and all. Still they ended up being fucked. Harsh Reality🤟🏻
But u'll never question the PM for unemployment rate (worst in 45 years NSSO report 2017-18)....u'll never have problem for PM not being accountable. Whyy??

While answering the questions, I had a feeling that he has no idea about the question but within seconds he got the answers from within himself and was able to answer them quite nicely. It's the enjoyable experience during interview of UPSC and one thing UPSC far different from this.

So selecting is dependent on many things not only in interview, and you know even same guy may not perform well in another time because it's purely incidental, peace of mind at the interview time

Stumbled was just a vocab error and you do need to maintain formal body language, eye contact, your tie shouldn't be diverting, your hand moment should be all formal... Don't know what the sh*t it is as none of it is actually going to do anything once the candidate is selected, can't remove corruption it can just for a foolish reason destroy the career of a deserving cheerful candidate

Firstly doing engineering (mechanical) woh bhi sala iit se then going through whole syllabus of UPSC(pata nhi kaise interest aya inko humanity k subject me)...he has really worked hard!

He rightly pointed out about his listening; looking up in the air, his annoying hand gestures, and advising him to never go to a topic where he did not have his strengths. The explanation on development of Human brain and evolution has been explained in “Sapiens” by Y.N Harari. Anyone can read it, i believe we all should read it. You don’t have to be an engineer or biologist to know about evolution. That’s our history. 😊
