In the cassette (yes,cassette) a 2000 Chev Silverado, he had the 4th SAME cassette he'd given to me for years! Uncle Paul showed us OBX, In about 1973 - 1974. Every since it became "our" place. When we cross the bridge onto the island now, we roll the windows down and blare "Willie Nelson " as we look for lights of late night fishers. Once we did see lights! lol To us, dad & Uncle Paul - with " Willie"...PERFECT!
After 25 years of smoking just about everyday, I will be 7 days clean this coming Friday. I could not have done it without Jesus. Ask him for the willpower, he will give it. I still have a couple buds, maybe in a few months I will smoke but only something like one day a week, because it really is a awesome drug.
nothing wrong with weed. we just need weed to be less potent. I mean do we really need 90% THC? I'd say something like 5-10% would be alright. What the world does need to quit is alcohol. Alcohol is considered one of, if not, the most dangerous drug globally. The WHO estimates that it's the direct cause of around 3 million deaths a year and probably contributes to millions more from the damage it does to the body and mind. Yet it's celebrated and encouraged.
High thc% bud does have negative effects after years of smoking, I'm not hating actually loving the plant, but I realized after years of smoking is that mixing cbd not only makes thc negative effects way smaller, it also makes you get dreams back. This plant in nature wasn't 20%+ with just thc and no cbd, it was a mix of 2 in under 1% proportions. My sister activated schizofrenia from thc with no tolerance probably, than can obviously happen when you are predisposed to such conditions. I realized when you add even small amounts of cbd to thc bud you get 0 paranoia or anxiety. I once was high on thc and cbd (they produce a differenet kind of high together, work in a synergy and in balance of another) thought that all this paranoia/anxiety people with low tolerance might be some kind of 'defence mechanizm' of the plant that there is only thc. I mean we all had few paranoia incidents with thc only, with cbd they combine to produce a real therapeutic effect. Since I started adding cbd (even 0.25/30 to lets say 0.50 of thc) I would never go back to smoking thc alone. All that high %thc bud really messes up your brain a bit, you get worse cognitive skills and memory is way worse, with cbd balancing the cannabinoids all of those seem to lower a lot. I mean one example is dreams, thc only you ain't dreaming sht, but when you smoke with even a little bit of cbd you get amazing dreams like years ago before smoking. I really think smoking just thc is a wrong way to use this magnificent plant, 1:1 ratio before sleep is amazing and around 2:1/3:1cbd is amazing to get you high. At least my body really feels the effects of combining them, it's like I've been using this plant wrong for years, and just like in nature both thc and cbd combined produce way better effects than one alone, I mean smoking pure cbd is tragic, but once you start adding cbd to thc you cannot go back and realize smoking thc alone is almost as bad as cbd alone.
