Absolutely love your recipes and vids, Gaz. A bit of feedback, though: The bright/flashing transitions at the end are very hard to look at, so it might be nice to tone those down a bit. Can't wait to try out this recipe!
Hey :) as Italian, I should probably point out that these aren't arancini, but supplí. Supplí are from Rome and are exactly what you prepared here if you would just give them an egg shape. Arancini are from Sicily. The risotto has peas in it and the center is filled with mozzarella and mince. They are way bigger!!
Anyway thank u for saying arancini instead of arancina as they call it in Palermo (I’m from Catania and we freak out when we hear arancina 😂🤯) Btw have u ever tried making panelle? It’s made with chickpeas flour, vegan and authentic 🤣😉

Made these for our dinner tonight. My (omni) husband loved them! Mozarella was easy to make and I'm having that on pizza tomorrow in the hope that I can finally get something 'melty' on my pizza! Thanks Gaz. x
I give him a lot of respect, he isn't like some Vegans I have met where they get mad at ppl who arent vegan. I personally am not Vegan due to medications I am on make diet switches tricky. but I do try to eat less meat and dairy. My one area I cannot switch is honey for tea and coffee given I do not like sugar and Agave taste weird to me. But I am hoping to buy all his books in the future too.
Maaaaaannn, I'm traveling through Asia right now, so making this isn't practical, but this season has given me some new things to look forward to making when I get back to the US.

The other week I made the fat American version using Mac and Cheeze. I used your chickpea flour and water mixture as my wet and it worked out so well. I have also made your Risotto recipie for Christamas dinner at my Brother's house. Everyone loved it!!!!
