In regards to Artzakh I think the best advocate is aliev himself. The ongoing siege is the best proof that it is absolutely impossible for Artzakh to exist within azer. And honestly I don’t understand Armenian vacillation regarding the conditions in which Armenians of Artzakh will be able to live under azer laws. Armenia must strongly push for Kosovo scenario; separation for salvation. This is the only way
