@@kallianz usaf still gives amphetamines to pilots on long missions. I don't think they are junkies. This is not a new thing and did happen in wwii. What is better, a serviceman that is awake and has his wits about him and on drugs, or one who is not on drugs, and is fatigued and not thinking clearly?

Dude how do you afford this stuff? I know the cost of some of these items and I don’t think people fully appreciate it
ww2 colorizer these high view videos pay pretty well
As a german, i envy you very much. Would love to try that Shokakola, cause the one you can buy here in germany now is my favorite chocolate. The one difference i noticed is, that you don't need to break the one you can by now, cause the pieces are already seperated. Greetings from Bavaria mate and take care :)
From what I can find online, I don't think the recipe has really changed that much since they started. I think there's more cocao in it now because it's not as scarce as it was during the war. But it's pretty much the same process to make it.
@@Spaxcore Well, also it doesn't have amphetamines anymore, which this one does lmao
@@SantaClaus-kk8zr It does not and it never did, it's myth that is spread by people who have no clue unfortunately. The only stimulant it contained and still contains is caffeine.
@@SantaClaus-kk8zr This one doens't have it either, Pervitin itself was called Panzerschokolade, there are no primary sources that suggest it was ever mixed with regular chocolate
This is where your those cigarettes were made. The factory has a fairly interesting history and design. It was originally built by Jewish entrepreneur Hugo Zietz between 1907 and 09. He sold it 15 years later. Not sure if growing Nazi movement had anything to do with that. It stopped manufacturing cigarettes in 1953. Today its an office building. www.yenidze.eu/en/yenidze/
He describes the chocolate like my neighbor describes his panty collection.
I read this right as I was hearing this 4:46 lmao
I totally get it. I feel the same way about my coveted used girls bicycle seat collection .... 😉
Judging by your hand shaking, you also tried some WW2 German Pervitin tablets lol
Nonii 92 what are those?

Amphetamine tablets
for anyone curious, Scho-Ka-Kola is still made to this day, you can buy boxes of it online.
We live steve, like if you agree
you can still buy this choclate today in Germany. Actually, my Grandfather always keeps one package in his Car
In welchen Geschäften gibt es die Schokolade zu kaufen? Hab sowas vorher noch nie gesehen.
An fast jeder Tankstelle/Supermarkt
i love when he eats this stuff... he gets shaky and amped up... hilarious
I love how Steve even tried to describe what sort of wood he believed the chocolate was kept in. Love you Steve
Steve is the Bob Ross of MRE reviews LOL

*Starts wondering if Jewish people have ever held back his success.*
That caffeine shake is intense haha
Am I the only one that went to E-bay and ordered some Scho-Ka-Kola ?
Yes
I went to Amazon
Me too, but they are out of stock
How was your experience with the chocolate? Is it really like pre workout?
@@RM19061 It was nice, different than I am used to, but no rush of energy.
13:10 "I wonder if they are still around?", finds out they are and buys 50 packs
dude you're so funny, "not like ceder, more like oak." gold
no hiss..
9:00- when the 300mg of caffeine kicks in. I agree on the weirdness of the old German stuff. I'm a coin collector, and I've a few prewar and wartime German marks I've found here and there. The wartime ones with the swastika give a bit of a chill. I keep them simply because of demand- I figure I have them as a collector piece. Someone else might want them for the ideology.
@Penguiins Ark It's what that symbol represents. I've seen people march under that banner in the US in 2020, and it simply is a reminder of what that can mean.
I have quite a few myself, none of them pre war though.
Man, every time i look at a German made item, i know it will last, they truely have a high regard for making stuff that lasts, when Im considering a purchase of anything, i always check if there is a German company who makes it, their shit will always last.
Except automobiles, horrifyingly poor engineering
amazing engineering but the damn germans produce automobiles like they're works of art i.e. they shouldn't be used because they're so meticulously made one little short ruins the entire thing.
YourGamingPill my friends have a couple of WW2 Luftwaffe plates which are still in perfect condition, no modern plate can survive that long without a single dent.
as a mechanic from germany, I will give you the following advice: German cars used to be good but shitty mems is right (sadly...). Go and buy a car from japan or korea. If you dont buy the cheapest shit from there you cant get more reliable and cheap to fix
Wish u could say that about H&K now a days lol
So how tweeked did you get after all that?
steve, where are you my main man! I hope you are alright.its been almost a month since last review
SmoKingPackRaT He's still active on MREInfo, plus, last time he was gone for 2 months.
Sean oh no! another month!
I notice that your hands only shake when you open and observe the packages. Do you really get that excited? I admire that you are that invested in what you do.
It’s very rare and expensive, i think he does these when he can’t sleep sometimes or something lol . He was extremely excited , one of the cooler things he can eat .

Someone needs to get him a WWII vintage Zippo to use on these vids with the cigarettes, and/or the German equivalent. Plus a cold beer from 1944.
