Enjoyed this weeks meals. Can't decide whether the roast dinner or the bacòn and sausage sandwiches were my favourite. You have to be so inventive with Nathan's meals and yet you are so relaxed about it. I do admire your tenacity.
In the summer we eat more salads then veg. And some weeks not so much of either then other weeks but we feel our family eat really well considering their conditions
I do them 2 ways. One way I just put in microwave for about 30 seconds turning halfway depending on how strong ur microwave is. 2nd way is in the deep fat fryer. And just hold them in oil abit x

It is hard sometimes because I hate the fact I have to give him the same things over and over again but he won't eat other things xx
Please add a few more fresh green vegetables, maybe just frozen broccoli
