Oh I love using the new pokemon in showdown, the amount of uno reverse cards you can pull with the new abilities. Eg, i run a sandstorm team and I've added Orthworm to it. The number of groudon in AG that try to precipice blades that thing and get surprised when it heals up thanks to earth eater. Its hilarious, gotta enjoy it while it lasts.

If he wasn't a brain dead legendary spammer he could use the move "topsy turvy" and wipe your team but I think that gives legendary spammers too much credit.
Isn't it still exclusive to Malamar and Grapploct? That said Roar, Whirlwind, Haze, etc still beat this easily.
Stealth Rock, ToxSpikes, Spikes, Haze, Unaware could all easily handle this strat, but dude has main character syndrome and considers big beaters a highly calculated strategy

@@Shizkeb unaware is an ability which ignores stat changes, making this setup totally useless. Haze resets stat changes, Stealth Rock hurts mons on switch in ruining baron pass, etc. There are many unique abilities and moves and it can be a bit overwhelming, I was introduced to Pokémon games on this channel and I’m still fairly new to a lot of stuff. My advice is to just find a strategy you like and stick with it
@@Shizkeb well toxic and stealth rock would be repeated damage just for switching pokemon and therefore that scream tail would be long dead and the Lechonk would take considerate damage because they are guaranteed hit and the poison would chipp it down unless it can negate poison somehow like a berry. spikes would do the same but I don't know what haze and unaware would do.

You don't need legendaries to be able to build a good team. Legend spammers use them because they are strong and think brute force will win games. When I build a team I will use at least one legendary but use it to synergize on my team well. I don't stack my team with legendaries and their default moves. Lol
