A few points to your diagram before considering as a solution. 1. High availability at site 1 2. High bandwidth circuits at site 1 3. Alternative exit points for site 1 4. Directory replication to site 2 5. High redundant L2 connections at both sites 6. Consider 1 or 2 PTSN backup circuits at both sites I see quite a few points of failure if you loose your connections to the main PBX.
Thanx for explanation i have quations 1)Where voip gteway resides it resides within msc . 2)if we have ip pbx then its not neseccary to have voip gateway for it. 3)how many types of gateways are present.
