After seeing that crumb, maybe add a little kneading next time.
Yes, probably a good idea, I do sometimes take the time to knead but not very often, its just so easy to make this lazy loaf and they eat it up! I am finding with the fresh milled flour though, it definitely has to be kneaded! Thanks for watching!
