I feel that hon, this one is def in my top 5 most beloved songs of all time. Such a mixed emotion in good way every time I hear it. Love the original version too, but this particular recording just resonates on such a deeper frequency, and Lacey really killed it. On a side note, keep on fighting, it's worth it. You are smarter than you think, braver than you know, and kinder than you'll admit. You are someone's inspiration, someone's fixation and the target of someone's admiration. You are awesome, you deserve to be loved, you deserve to be happy. And don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise. You're doing a good job, even if it might not feel like it sometimes. flyleaf is a band that you can cherish and adore without being religious. I'm not religious but I am spiritual, and this band has always held a scared spot in my life. I have severe anxiety and it when I'm at my worst I can listen to any Flyleaf song and feel like there is someone else out there sharing my pain.

So much better, that I appreciate my freedom more than most people around me. Ask at a pharmacy about Ativan. Keep a few on you at all times till you overcome your anxiety. Be strong bud

It allows you to push your boundaries as far as you want, and when it feels too overwhelming, you can take an Ativan and calm right down. I know there are tons of guides on breathing techniques and such, which after 3 years I became so practiced in, that I had a truck crash next to me the other week and I was as calm and collected as can be without flinching. Anxiety makes you so much stronger as a person. You're going to love the end result

I remember listening to this all the time while walking home from school back when I was in highschool. Although I didn't mind the lady who replaced her, I was so sad when Lacey left. :(
Flyleaf is my favorite band. Lacey, Sameer, Pat, Jared, and James have got so much talent. Their music is passionate and so beautiful. If you ever listen to the lyrics very closely, it is something that just speaks directly to the soul. At least it does for me. Go listen to Freedom from their last album with Lacey. It is a work of art.

Lacey really has seem to come along great w/ her acoustic singing. This has to be the best acoustic song I have heard from her. Very smoothed and relaxed. Can't wait to see them in Chicago next week.Love this song!!
what a sick performance. kinda funny how there are no stripped down acoustic versions of songs from rihanna, britney, fergie, etc it's not like they don't have a few songs that would translate well onto acoustic guitar. props to lacey. hayley williams, amy lee and others that know what it means to be a real singer.
