- Normally when you hear of a game being modded its Fallout, Minecraft and Skyrim, but today we’re going to take a look at a bunch of mods for Far Cry New Dawn
Far Cry New Dawn Scavenger, 200+ mods to go through, one week of trials and testing to get an awesome package put together.

While I have been using pretty much all of these same mods for the last two years to make my gameplay as hard as humanly possible, it never occurred to me to showcase them for others on my video game channel. Thanks for taking the time to make the video. Hopefully, you're like me and used them make the game harder, not easier. Your video is just great, have fun!
I modded fc5, new dawn and 6. But what makes the game really challenging and more fun is if you install the realism damage and projectile mods. Especially far cry 6 had a terrible time to kill. Enemies where complete trash and never could really kill you and sniping enemies was also difficult because they took couple sniper rounds and still fight you. But with the mods i the AI would kill me in 3-4 shots but they where also getting killed pretty fast. That mod makes far cry into a more tactical stealth shooter which makes way more fun than just running around clueless and being invincible
@@Mike-de2yt Agreed, that's why I utilize mods to make the game more realistic and as hard as possible.
Does any modders know how to port the camping feature over to Far Cry 5 please? it's such a shame they didn't add this feature to Far Cry 5 as it has some beautiful sites that would make camping and cooking and eating caught fish and meats so much more interactive.

new dawn is most underrated and best far cry of entire franchise.
While I didn’t like this game that much I do appreciate these mods.

yes, i just found this and am really enjoying it so much, i've made some awesome reshades since i started modding the game, I really like the game with a more gloomy color scheme.
i might add, the mod installer is one of the nicest i've ever seen, so convenient and pleasing to the eye. if you end up using a mod that requires other mods to be activated, it will tell you in text, and if you click the text it will automatically install all the mods required for the mod to work correctly. so intuitive and easy to use
what is the mod that changes the player's model to the highwayman model???
can someone help me, i can't install anything since it always jumps an error saying that i should if my game files are not set to read only or if the game is running in the background.

I need some advice. So i uhh have a pirated version of the game so it says that i should use a legal version from uplay/epic/steam or else i might cause bugs or something. Should i use this mod on a pirated version despite the warning?

@@krevko9063 okay i thought screw it and tried it but the problem is they are serious about the warning. Unless you have the latest patch which is 1.0.7 the mod loader will not work. I have version 1.0.2 and it dosent work unfortunately. Was really hoping

also tene im thinking of getting into far cry, but as i might try to get 6 for christmas, i thought i should get either 5 or new dawn rn ish, tho im not sure which one to get, do u have any recomendation (also which one is easier to run cos my oc is alr? but not great)

Ah dude well both games look pretty good still with lower end graphics, but the nice thing is you don't need much difference between the two and both run great on lower end pc's. 6 might be the one to strain your pc a bit but even then ubi optimizes their games really well! So I'd say new dawn if you wanna follow along with my modded streams or for a more RPG based game, or 5 if you want the endless arcade! :D
I suggest Far Cry 2 Fortunes Edition with the Far Cry 2 Remastered mod. Next I'd play Far Cry Blood Dragon then Far Cry Primal, two experience's like none other. Far Cry 4 and 5 are all just pretty much clones of Far Cry 3. All are interesting but none of them add anything unique except for perhaps this Scavenger mod for Far Cry 5 mentioned in this video.
hi how do you enable scavenger mod in game.......I installed scavenger mod to change time , but how activate it inside the game ? Is there any hotkey?

hi, thanks for sharing mods videos. i have looked everywhere but i cant find if there is a mod that will show the gun being held a little bit further away from the player when in fps, if that wakes sense lol. thanks
That is the FOV view model mod my dude highly advise picking it up its a really solid one :D

Is there a mod that allows you to have the same clothes that the highwaymen have?
Yes im pretty sure its just called highwayman clothes in the modpack, but its been a while so it could have been removed somewhere along the way
