I’m not gonna lie I like watching these clips and everything but sometimes these title captions be misleading the scenes 😅 but I have much appreciation for those who bless us with these clips. I personally like watching clips before I decide to watch the actual series.
I hate when they have the completely wrong title for scenes. That isn't what is happening at all!
The doctor has never seemed like a good match with the FL tbh, he seems really petulant and childish. Seems to me like he’d want his girlfriend/wife to be timid and easily controlled, but the FL is like that at all. And while the ex seems like a huge prick, at least he understands the FL on a fundamental level and understands what she wants both professionally and personally.
Still it is her decision who she loves more … to be her lover, friend, companion and husband.
It is good that she has a third option nowadays; to stay true to herself.
She did break up with her first love for a reason and let her second love woo her.
And I hope that second dude is not just a replacement for the first dude.
But that, in him, there are things that she wants, needs, loves and find beautiful and not easy to part from.
She knows him well to this point, he is conventional, so his stability is also his rigidity, the way he blames her for crying is also connected with his own faithfulness towards her.
She is right that he will resent her, if he isn’t 💯 % behind her in accepting her character and her worth.
You need to be a strong partner, if your other half is that strong-willed and therefore desirable.
People that are confident and independent will attract lovers either way. But that doesn’t make them unfeeling, unfaithful or players.

Can someone spoil this. What’s the ending. I swear if she doesn’t just choose to focus on herself for a bit.
SHe chooses to focus on herself. They all choose to focus on themselves. She is not *THE* main character. There are 3 main character. Her, her fiance (now former) and her Ex. Each are of equal importance to the story. After a period of time, she chases after the guy who knows and understands her and lets her be herself because that is what she wants. (there are definitely clues in the drama which one that is.) FRom this clip alone it should be obvious which it is.
The Korean original, (which this is almost a beat for beat remake of) is one of my favorite dramas, certainly for the time it came out, because all the characters are very human, have flaws, and no one is a paragon of virtue.
I really like Janice Wu, so it is hard to choose which I like better, Jung YUmi I think does a better job of portraying her own line in the Korean " I am bitch, but who but they (her fiance and ex) can call me that"
I really recommend watching both. "Discovery of Love "

@@antara.dhibar8686 As I said in an earlier comment, I really do recommend both/either version of the drama. I have made this long enough and formatted it in such away that spoilers should be hidden.
because of the mess of the entire ordeal, she takes the blame and breaks up with her current boyfriend(#2), because of the mess of the whole ordeal tells him that he should jsut let himself actually feel what he is feeling which includes his anger and resent for her because of her closeness with her ex(#1).. an entire year goes by with no contact between the 3 of them...

#1 and #2 run into each other at the noodleshop where they got into a fight over her before. and #2 leads #1 to believe that he and she are getting married (he still hadn't taken the ring off).
Through work, she and #1 end up working on the same job together for a woman who is very interested in #1. She who is clearly ready to restart with #1 sabotages it, but #1 believe she is to be married with #2 is pissed.
#2 leaves for Africa where he runs into the Girl he knew from the orphanage (that should have been adopted instead of him, that is part of the issues of the relationship) , but tells She that he told #2 about the fake marriage rumor, so now She knows the reason for #1's reaction so she engineers a "fateful" encounter with #1 to get back together with him. Because they really do suit each other best, and know each other after everything they have been through, both together and apart.

Yes, she's doing both of these men. She broke up with the one without glasses fir cheating, but he was actually giving too much attention to another woman. She then started a relationship with the guy with the glasses who then started secretly meeting another little girl behind her back and she caught them a few times. She was so upset until she went out and got so drunk until she ended up with the ex and had sex with him. She's now pregnant and sh$t has hit the fan because both men claim to want her....and all kinds of twists and turns are coming out of the woodwork.

Me too! It's fascinating to watch her waffle between the two guys. Both have deceived/cheated on her but she's doing it to both of them too. It's a messy triangle but in a way it's refreshing because normally it's just the guy that waffles between women. Personally both guys are just not a good fit for her since they can't keep their zippers up and their eyes to themselves around other women so she should just give up on these schmucks and take that baby and go solo. Better to be happy single than with bad company.
@@angelabarbee6901 It's interesting to tell who has actually seen the drama and who hasn't, but tries to tell whats going on based on misleading clip titles and the context of the video clips. None of them have actually cheated, although the doctor has devoted too much time and brotherly affection to a woman. The worst both guys were were neglectful to thepoint that the Female lead suspects they might have cheated. She however has toed the line with her ex, to the point where her fiance believes she might have cheated. None of them are perfect.
This is a beautfiul drama because there is no virtuous perfect human in it. They are all flawed emotional humans.
I recommend ignoring the youtube clip titles. hell I recommend practically ignoring the clips almost in their entirety and just watch the Drama, Discovery of Love. EIther the Chinese Version or the older Korean version of the same name which this is almost a beat for beat remake of the original. (both have their charms)
@@fluffydeath9252 thank you for the response and the ideas. I'll see them. I never saw any cheating, but I did see neglect and another person interrupting in a relationship. Both guys are at fault for neglecting this lovely young lady. She lost trust and confidence in both guys. The basis of any relationship. They've let her down to the point of her giving up and thinking "why have a one sided relationship". Better to be alone than have bad company. They aren't bad guys, they just don't put her first. They take her for granted. If she had done that, most partners would have left or an argument would be coming up. Empathy goes a long way. She takes a bit before she gives up. These guys just need to cowboy up and do better. They aren't as bad as other MLs. Oh the headaches I get from other dramas.
