Gordon and Macphail's Caol Ila 10yo from last year is easily one of the very best drams I've ever had. Love the seaweed/iodine and smoke mixed with a bit of fruit sweetness. Complex and delightful.
Well done, Ben ! You might need to make a "Part 2" with the new refurbishment/J.W experience....I hope to be able to visit it some day...but I guess as it is Diageo, no pics inside allowed, right ? (such a privilege for you, for this video, to be able to see & shoot every step, so thanks again....no need to say the possibility to try SFTC whisky too! )
