    Thank you sensei.
    I haven’t trained in a dojo for many years, but i practice almost every day for an hour or so.
    I haven’t got a punch ball but i used a tennis ball on a string tied to a beam to practice being accurate when i move around :)

      @@talalzezo3327 you can make your own heavy bag and kick it as much as you can. Even with this and the internet you can become much better

      I want to remain an MMA fighter like khabib Nur Mammadov, Georges St pierre and lyoto Machida are my favorite

      @@talalzezo3327 there are plenty of mma gyms with karate as a striking base. I am a karateka myself and I've seen a lot of mma gyms like this
