Fleeing from domestic violence and breaking the cycle of narcissistic abuse has been one of the hardest things I've ever done. The last two months have been incredibly difficult but also incredibly beautiful. I still feel so much about what happened, but I'm starting to be happy and hopeful again. I'm starting to really enjoy my life again. I got a new job that I love and am working towards complete financial independence. I spend plenty of quality time with my 3 kiddos. I have been feeling EVERYTHING, and trying my best not to take shortcuts through this healing process. Been trying to love myself better than he ever did. I start therapy on the 15th. I'm very much looking forward to continuing my healing journey, especially with this New Moon in Scorpio. A month ago i quit my childcare job to take more time for myself and my dream career, i have a business teaching my cultural performing arts to kids in schools with my dad. Because i have more time, i was able to take up aerial silk classes, and continue counselling. I have recently done a lot of research and become aware that i have ADHD and Autism so that has been really life changing as well, just noticing the ways i need support and finding ways to do that for myself has been so helpful. I think im on a trajectory of self discovery, healing, and growth. Im learning to face challenges with courage and grace, and im learning to give myself patience and compassion. I think this will be really transformative for me as a person, because i grew up as a major people pleaser and learned that that was how i would get attention and validation bc I was a gifted child. Im learning to be proud of myself just for trying and not giving up, not just for getting things right esp the first time. Im sure a lot of spanners will be thrown into my works over the next month or few months, but im hoping all my work will help me face those challenges with dignity and bravery, and help me get back to a clear frame of mind to work through things

I am with you Leeor! I too am a rising sun and I join you and the collective for uplifting humanity with love and understanding. This reading and the eclipse season brought to light harmful patterns that have plagued me for a majority of my life. I was able to shine my light on my own darkness and make massive changes. As a result, and with willingness, I have embarked on a completely new way of being. Knowing in my soul I no long we have to practice any form of self harm. That the darkness was perpetrated as a result of repeated trauma and that I have the strength to break that cycle. On September 10th, my fiance assaulted me and I fled from him and my home, leaving behind most of my possessions. Fleeing from domestic violence and breaking the cycle of narcissistic abuse has been one of the hardest things I've ever done. The last two months have been incredibly difficult but also incredibly beautiful. I still feel so much about what happened, but I'm starting to be happy and hopeful again. I'm starting to really enjoy my life again. I got a new job that I love and am working towards complete financial independence. I spend plenty of quality time with my 3 kiddos. I have been feeling EVERYTHING, and trying my best not to take shortcuts through this healing process. Been trying to love myself better than he ever did.
I start therapy on the 15th. I'm very much looking forward to continuing my healing journey, especially with this New Moon in Scorpio. I'm hoping that the new moon will allow me to really dive deep during this appointment, and really all month long, and for the next 6 months as well.
Wishing all the best. You can do this. I wish I had left before I went through with marriage. I was scared of my ability to cope as a single mum but the reality is I’m a much better mother by myself than I was living under the constant fear and in pain. I’m so sorry other women go through what we have. If it’s any help to know you’re not alone, you definitely aren’t. You will heal. Give yourself grace, forgiveness, time and space. Surround yourself with people who remind you of your strength. You have done something really hard and ultimately the most beneficial for you and your kids. A month ago i quit my childcare job to take more time for myself and my dream career, i have a business teaching my cultural performing arts to kids in schools with my dad. Because i have more time, i was able to take up aerial silk classes, and continue counselling. I have recently done a lot of research and become aware that i have ADHD and Autism so that has been really life changing as well, just noticing the ways i need support and finding ways to do that for myself has been so helpful. I think im on a trajectory of self discovery, healing, and growth. Im learning to face challenges with courage and grace, and im learning to give myself patience and compassion. I think this will be really transformative for me as a person, because i grew up as a major people pleaser and learned that that was how i would get attention and validation bc I was a gifted child. Im learning to be proud of myself just for trying and not giving up, not just for getting things right esp the first time.
Im sure a lot of spanners will be thrown into my works over the next month or few months, but im hoping all my work will help me face those challenges with dignity and bravery, and help me get back to a clear frame of mind to work through things

Thank you for the 60-90s tip for feeling the emotion! Lately I’ve been repeatedly caught of guard by a sudden intense feeling of some uncomfortable emotion and I’ve just kept on avoiding to look deeper into it, because I was afraid it will just stick with me and define me and I wanted to be in the present moment instead. But this rule reminded me that we are not our emotions and if we can choose to let them come and go and once I allowed this, it stopped attacking me and the gratitude of present moment kind of opened up for me on its own.
