"Are love bugs back?" Considering this is May, yes, yes they are (unfortunately). Luckily we don't have to deal with those up here in NY. They should rename them demonbugs!
Another fun fact about the General Joe Potter: William Everett Potter, who the boat is named after, not played a key role in the construction of WDW, but also helped plan the Normandy landings in WWII, helped with the Allied convoy system known as the Red Ball Express which supplied the forces moving quickly after the landings, AND was involved with the logistics of the 1964 NY World's Fair. He was also the governor of the Panama Canal Zone (when it was a part of the US before it was given back to Panama in 1979)
It was a beautiful, warm day for boat rides. Great idea. It was so great meeting you outside of Liberty Tree Tavern as you were in the middle of filming this video. Thank you so much for taking the time to say hello and take some photos with us.
I like that you did a video about this. How nice that you got to be an only rider. There is something so exhilarating about riding on a boat. One of my Uncle’s used to love boating and he owned a motor boat and a house boat.
Hi Jackie..Your videos are awesome. Love this boat ride challenge. I knew you were gonna do it. You are so informative and these videos are so much fun. Love the videos with Nate as well.Keep them coming. Thanks for sharing
Loved your vid, loved your personality. My first trip, December 1971 the boat was the only way in to the park. No Epcot, No Animal Kingdom, nothing but the Magic Kingdom and even then there were many attractions that hadn't opened yet, I make make a 50 year anniversary tirp around December 4th. Hope to see you there.
Really impressed with the quality of your camera in the low light dark rides; especially Pirates. I realise I must’ve been living under a rock as I have never seen POV from Splash Mountain so I really loved that. Great challenge! : )
Liberty Square Riverboat Fun Facts While the Liberty Belle is a fully functioning steamboat, it is still guided by a steel beam track under the water so that it follows the same path each time! The cabin you pass by on the Rivers of America at Disneyland used to be on fire
Okay wow thank you I was just asking my husband, is the steam for show or to actually power the boat, because we knew it was on a track. We used to think the rivers of America were a lot deeper, but always assumed it was on a track. Thank you 😊
Hi Jackie! Another amazing video! You always manage to capture some of the most amazing shots. The steam engine on the Riverboat was so cool and not one that most people bother to highlight. Also one of the last times the Cast Members drained the Small World ride, they collected around $22,000 dollars which they voted to give to the local Make a Wish charity. Glad you made time for a Disney snack. Thats always a must isnt it? You were so close to that delicious Dole Whip as well! Thanks for another super fun video. Stay enthused!
This was really fun and I love how you show footage of the lines and the rides and you have a good eye for showing details that really bring us there. I could ride the river boat all day.
Jackie, I hate to disagree with you, but I whole heartedly believe that the raft to Tom Sawyer's Island counts! I might argue too about Peter Pan, as you do board "a boat", but I will agree with you that since there is no water, it can be dropped from the challenge.
Loved this like I love all of your vids. Jungle Cruise is hilarious....I love the jokes, as corny as they are.....”say hi to Ena....Hi Ena!”...classic! It’s funny how you have to mention bathroom breaks. I am sure you said that because someone asked. That a violation of your privacy. Oh, Jackie....people have the oddest questions sometimes. Be well.....looking forward to another great addition entire. Oh, are you still going to visit each country in EPCOT, like you did with Mexico? That was beyond cool. Take care, J.
Hi, I liked this alot. I haven't rode all the boat rides, but I have most of them and they are so fun. I hope to ride the ones I haven't rode yet, next year. Thanks so much, I love water and boats, so enjoyable. Be Safe Take Care ❤️
First off, I loved the video. It was really great! I love watching your videos. As does my 2 year old. I didn't read all the comments to see if had been mentioned already BUT.... Do the Tom Sawyer Island rafts not count as a bboat ride?? Or are they still closed?
Thanks, Shaina! I mentioned in the vid why I didn’t include them and why I think it’s debatable but they certainly could be included if someone wanted to!
I’ll now be humming small world all evening now 😁 great challenge, glad you managed to fit them all in Jackie - Splash Mountain has to be the best of them, looks a different ride in the dark!
This was such a cool idea. If I had a season pass, I'd totally do cool challenges like this, and maybe once true Parkhopping returns, try and hit EVERY Outer Space ride at WDW in one day.
I love splash mountain and have never had a long line to wait for it. I once rode it 5 times in a row during a minor hurricane with my sister. Funny any trip I went on with her we had rain. There use to be two river boats one was back up but they dropped it when they were moving it in the back lot.

Good morning Jackie. I was wondering if you had to have a magic band to come to Disney World. I guess you don’t cause you just had a wonderful day without yours. We will be there the week of February 14 and my friend loves the boat rides best so this video was perfect.
Jackie you are a wild woman lol! I love all the boats in Disney World, and I love that you can get on the ferry and other transportation for free even on a day when you're not in the parks 💜💜
Great video and a very unique challenge! Since our atmosphere is classified as a gas and gasses are technically fluids, I’d say your Peter Pan ride counts with the others!
