    The 600RR runs on much higher compression and aggressive cam profile as well. While both use forged cranks, the 600RR has a slightly shorter piston travel too which lets it rev much higher. Too bad its also significantly more expenisve. Im just happy they still sell this since Yamaha stopped selling the R6 :c

      Theyre totally different thing
      Only 600f4 f4i from early 2000s have the closest power compare to 600rr (10hp gap
      But 650r is like 30+ hp less then 600 average super bikes

    I just did 1,000 miles in 2 days on my 650r. No way that would be possible on a 600 without being crippled for a week.

      I disagree, maybe YOU would be crippled for a week, but I’m positive there are riders who can do 1k plus miles on a super sport

      I bought my cbr600rr at 8k miles. 2 years later it is at 25k miles. 600rr is very comfortable, I have no problems with it. It is my daily driver, I do not have a car. that should tell you something.

    I'm anyday a 600RR fan here from many years.. And 600RR doesn't stop at 255 it goes like 280 stock and it's older models used to cross 290 kmph too. And I think Honda is the only company which made it's sports tourer and super sports 650 and 600 cc both inline four🔥.. I love 600s anyday than 650s

      well its whole different divisions.
      you see 650s are made specifically for touring while the double RR are made for track. literally no reason at all to go 250kmh++ on a touring bike

    I rode mostly Kawasaki bikes in my lifetime. And only had experience on a Honda dirt bikes. I will one day get a 600RR, as I heard nothing but good things about it for decades. Plus I'm a sucker for that rear exhaust.

      @@Thegoodguycamp Actually both are sport bikes - neither are super sports. Cbr650r is NOT a “sport touring” bike, just a sport bike. The video Yammie and spite did comparing those two bikes was good. They’re both geared vastly different, the cbr is more comfortable, the R7 is faster down low and the cbr is faster up high. Two totally different bikes.

    Had a 2023 650r reached 252kmh. Sold it and bought 2024 600rr reached 276 kmh (both stock)

      They have fuel gauge, it measure from 0-4 litres only tho. It's the shape of the tanks that make it hard to install a full gauge.

      I had one too. And the original 1987 CBR600 Hurricane as well. Both fantastic bikes that gave me a lot of good memories. I wished I still had them.😞

      You can stick to 95 no problem, 98 once in a while ok but not always because it will damage the oil pump which cost some money to change

    why would anyone buy the 600RR cost over 10k more then the ninja

      @@johnnyhun1 Traction control and wheelie controle is on the same trigger on the left of the handlebars. when I apply the clutch to do a wheelie with the traction control activated, it cuts me off and makes my front wheel fall to the ground and it does the same thing to me when the rear wheel goes in all directions (sorry for my english, i use google translate)

      @@PickaMaterina99 the cbr650r doesn't have a wheelie control lol I have a cbr650r and yes it blocks the wheelie but not because it has anti wheelie feature... Anti wheelie is different, the traction control only detects the slip of the tire, and when you dump the clutch the tire slips even for a milsec and thats why the traction control activates. Try doing power wheelies without the clutch and it will lift the front even when TC is on

    Lower compression ratio longer stroke. , more low torque setting instead of peaky power

      I love my cbr650r. Both these bikes will go faster than the “official top speed” in this video but 150+ mph in a “sport bike” that you have no reason to ever take to the track is way more than enough. For either freeways or “twistys” being able to “cruise comfortably” at 80 to 100 mph is awesome and the cbr650r will do that easily.

      Explain kawasaki, then? How are they still producing superbikes? It's nothing to do with emissions, it everyone jumping on the bandwagon and thinking naked bikes are better then superbikes driving down the sales of superbikes, thus making Manufacturers concentrate more on naked bikes. WE DONT WANT NAKED BIKES THEY SHIT!
