Samuel Flight Yes definitely...The biblical parallels. It also hit home the Christian v Islam in the black community back then. MLK v X. That’s why we were taught Malcom was bad growing up. He was such a powerful man. You make really good point about corruption of morals. Clearly playing out today

@Samuel Flight Samuel you just dont get it man.And that's not ok but I understand. I actually overstand that you will never fully understand. For there are literally black men and women who never have experienced racism or biases because of their environment or uo bringing. But most black ppl can testify to an end of a certain spectrum that you just wont understand

Kevin Gray no brother Malcom was not produced by this or that...he was put on a path by god and he walked it himself. Elija is a fraud and a deceiver im telling you now elija is being punished in his grave for calling himself a prophet and that Allah came in a form of a man
This is totally wrong and false. Brother Malcolm is a real muslim that found Allahs true religion of islam by the mercy of Allah guiding him. Allah please grant Malcolm x heaven. Malcom x is from the Ummah of prophet Muhammad (saw)

But a Pole will always have a funny accent, and struggle with English if he arrives as an adult. He will also get called a Polack and get his long Polish surname mangled by people who can't be bothered to spell or pronounce it properly. He will also be a Catholic, possibly a Jew, both of which will close certain avenues in WASP high society. He will likely end up in a Polish society and talk in Polish about the Old Country.
He won't get the same level of racism as a black guy does, but he won't be completely integrated unless he becomes fluent in English, accepts certain American weirdnesses and probably anglicises his surname into something Yanks can pronounce. If he is called Przewalkski, he's better off renaming himself Paulson or Walker and losing his heritage.

@@anonb4632 The idea is that he - the immigrant - would be able to assimilate *eventually*. Black people in America have also, historically and up to the present day, endeavored to embrace the customs and beliefs of the wider culture. The Zeitgeist. But because of our skin color, the eventual acceptance never did come. It didn't matter what we did, we would always be seen as below the necessary standard. Sure, it's all well and good to endure when you know that you will be able to finally find success in an endeavor...but to struggle and suffer indefinitely and be told that no matter what you do, no matter what you say, what you are is inferior...? This is what revolutions are for.

@@latorgator23 Oh do not get me started about Hollywood. They do not know how to handle the subject of race. They rather drop a black man here, an Asian woman there in a film and call it diversity. They even have characters that are white being played by non-whites. Tell me, how is that fair? That is just smack in the face "we can't create a different character for you, you can only take what we have." Hollywood only cares about the green, it does not care about being conscientious. You are bamboozled to even believe that mess.

In times like this with all of what's happening people always want to quote Dr King which is all good but we to start saying in the words of Brother Malcolm and this Brother needs to be included more in Black history that's our fault as Black people we need to stop waiting for permission to honor our own this was a great man don't let anyone tell you otherwise

I like his reasoning in his last statement because it's wise, why are you trying so hard to love people that don't love you. Or better yet don't have love to begin with regardless of color culture etc. Your only opening your self to abuse. This can be applied to any stage in life for man or woman.😎

This man is amazing. A true intellect way ahead of his time. I can't help but think how he would feel today that the one black man that African American look up to most is Michael Jordan and by all means according to Melcoms definition an uncle Tom to the highest degree. MJ had all the power and all the audiences to make change and all he did was make money with it. It's a damn shame. I have hope for LeBron because I think he has done more for the black people of American than previous athletes. I am not black and I am not white. I am a minority or minorities that just want a equal life for all. Human first American second..

Our police, politicians, government departments and military are inundated with racist white supremacist ideology. In the 80s and 90s gangs infiltrated the military to learn weapons and tactics. Similarly, white supremacists have infliterated our police force with their ideology. This is the root cause that must be addressed to stop the racisim. Every police officer needs to go through intensive vetting. Check tattoos, social media, family members, friends and the church they belong to. Recent survey found 270 police departments had officers with racist social media comments. If only the German churches had spoken out against Hitler in 1933 maybe the Holocaust and WW2 would have been avoided. White Churches remain silent. They need to condemn racisim in their congregations instead of looking the other way. Protests without practical solutions won't lead to change. 2014 "Hands up Don't Shoot". 2020, "I can't Breath".... Lets start with removing rhe 3rd verse of the national anthem calling for no refuge to the hireling and the slaves. Second, every federal and state government organization/ department (including the police), and taxpayer funded program must have a Civil Rights Inspector General to ensure professional conduct, racial and gender fairness. These IGs should have the authority to enforce and prosecute civil rights matters. Clearly the DOJ has failed to ensure equality and justice across the government while policing their own. They are part of the problem we should have an external entity with the oversight and authority to ensure equality and fairness.
