Hey Justin Great video and review of the new Iflight Commando 8, unfortunately for me I think they need a 9. I just couldn't use it, I prefer to have 4 aux switches, and I have a big problem with having to take the back apart just to switch from ELRS and Crossfire. Last is I didn't see any battery tabs ? During a day of flying I can drain a set of radio batteries especially when I have Crossfire hooked up. Thanks again for the video and information.
This was informational, but for someone new to fpv, there were a lot of terms which went above my head :D
I just wanted to know is it a good controller to start practicing in the simulator. I am thinking of investing some time in the simulator before investing my money into the whole fpv setup? Do you have any suggestions ?

Hi Justin, which one would you choose between the Zorro and the Commando 8 ?
No one has made a video on how to connect this controller to Liftoff and is aggrevating. Plenty saying it connects and you can use it but no one has a video actually walking you through the connection process. If anyone has a link please paste it here.
I love Iflight as a professional drone manufacturer but I think I'll stick with my zorro.....

Why does everyone bag on the T-Pro momentary switches? I love that it has 2 momentary switches! Some DLG guys like having a small radio to pack along and they need a momentary switch. Having 2 momentary switches increases the versatility of the radio immensely. If you want to use 2 momentary switches, then good. If you want them to act as a 2 position switch then all you need to do is program a sticky logical switch, it's not really that hard. The physical operation of the switch does not change one bit... it's still push on/push off. Let's quit bagging on manufacturers that make their radios versatile, your opinions are taking away useful features that other people like having. Manufacturers listen to the reviewers and respond accordingly. This is a general rant about the negative comments from all reviewers who are taking away features other people like, not at all directed solely at Drone Camps, and to be fair I don't recall what he said in his T-Pro review, but he hinted in this video that somehow the less versatile 2 position switches are better than the more versatile momentary option. Sorry guys, rant over lmao :-)

I get excited for every new transmitter, drone product, charger, etc., even if I don’t like it, just because I like to see new products coming to market for us to enjoy 👍🏼💯
