I feel like Skye is deserving of a B tier rank. She’s very squishy and can be countered easily. Her movement cards and smoke and dagger are what make her good in this current meta but outside of that, shes good for stomping casuals who don’t know about the game but for ranked shes quite balanced

Yes! It's actually useful knowledge and can help you decide who you want to play based off of what your team has picked. If you see someone pick Ghrok, you can go tank to help maximize them. It'll be a thankless help to the team, but that is often the best help.

As a casual returning to the game, this was GREAT! For example, I knew really nothing about Yag, but now I know if I see someone pick her on my team I can run a tank as well to help the team.
pretty good tier list tbf. because the number of casuals is much bigger than ranked players. I would add though that there is also a significant difference in viability between game modes. so a dedicated tdm or onslaught tier list could be worth looking into.
Well this is a timely upload lol I had just given myself the challenge of going through the entire champ roster in casual to try and get back into the swing of the game (and getting used to all my least played champs) I wonder whether this tier list of champs will fit to my own experience so far!
I think if corvus got a soft rework to his teleport he could go up into A tier as he provides some insane healing numbers but it takes too long and is too unreliable to TP out. I wish it was just a bit faster so that you can actually escape before you get bursted down and not need LOS to teleport to the knife, not really sure why they made LOS cancel his TP but it feels really unfair when it happens
Dredge the only champ u need lacking dmg? can deal alot air champs? harpoon no heals? warp self healing or/and harpoon heals can practically deal with any champ if u outplay them
There's defo more that a solo queue pip has to deal with. Like comps, map dependency, vulnerability to dive, weakness to hitscan champs (due to his large head hitbox), lack of safety in his mobility, etc. There's alot you're leaving out on the solo queue pip experience (or just pip experience in general)
Idk, being a limited-range healer in a solo support comp doesn't make you bad. I mean, focusing on point heals when you're solo healer is the rule, not the exception. Not everyone can be Ying or Mal'damba. Betty doesn't have the same issues with high mobility flanks Dredge has, it's an important milestone between them. Also, finally a tierlist that puts Skye below Evie, Vatu and Maeve because putting her any higher is gaslighting us into thinking she's stronger than she actually is. We need more sustain cards, especially max HP!
I feel like Andro doesn’t belong to A tier. When he levitates it’s actually really difficult to hit your shots so if you are not skilled at him you’re going to do very poorly. I do think he takes skill to make him work which the average player doesn’t necessarily have.
As a casual solo player i must to say it very accurate, exept for 2 healer that are Pip and Furia, they must be on A tier no C+, becouse they are realy easy to use too, for almost every one, and Pip it a spam on casual, 7 of 10 matchs are there, so..., its the only corretion i do, the rest is perfect!
from B to S tier, I’ve always played vora because she had always been competent and wasn’t too op for a nerf. Unfortunately she might be getting one soon, I’m a little bummed hopefully she doesn’t get dogged on by the devs 🤞🤞

I'm happy to see Vora so strong right now. she'll probably get a small nerf next patch to her DR. taking off a 1% per card for her siphon would be a good start. she hasn't been meta since her release like 4 years ago. I'm okay with this. especially since Koga has been meta pretty much all year.
This tier list will look different for every player, general rule: your fav champ is S tier, meme builds are A tier (seriously, try spin to win selfheal koa), meta slaves are D Tier. I'd also say Drogoz is more C+, if you know what you're doing, you can very well fight Androxus and Octavia but you need a lot of experience on him, he also has enough build variety to adapt (I don't even have enough build slots after the addition of 3 more😂)
I just started playing again after 2-3 years and i've been running Torvald with Direct Current as a solo tank 😂 and I havent lost yet, so he must be S tier for me 🤣
Video Idea, play with casual and competitive subscribers. That's fun usually. I've played against you before as a casual, we lost that match, but only because people gave up immediately because they saw you were on the other team.
What's funny is if you turn off Crossplay... Okay thank and pick your actual TANK BUILD... You'll win 80% of your matches just by camping point. The opposing team probably doesn't have a tank or has a tank with no tank build.
as casual support main with a semi bias I feel like Ying is a p tier considering your standards (yes I am a Ying main I always have been since the start of my playing career) but even back then she was easy to play and nice at giving heals consistently mainly because I am a support, not damage support but I love ying shes amazingly easy (without the illusion switch that took me a while to get a hang of but even then we're talking about casual ofc it won't matter much.
Evi ist best flank this game it was buffered 5 times, 0 times nerfed, second place Vora, third Zhin. Second place would be vatu if it was 900 damage 1 shot.
As a filthy casual rei main you can absolutely steamroll casual lobbies with any champ on any comp Ill play rei with shit like drogoz and willo on timbermill and i still maintain a 70%+ wr and 3 kd on her wish i was able to see average healing as well but oh well
agreed with raum, but i honestly feel like hes pretty much washed whatever, chances of raum being good in a match are really slim and usually needs another tank to compensate if you dont want to get absolutely rolled by half competent players
Just some thoughts as I watch. Thanks btw. It's called "casual" yet it's still pretty toxic. Drogoz and Willow are both easy mode in most casuals since at least 50% of players don't look up. I agree with the C+ list. Really disappointed in the changes to Kinessa, killed my will to play. Yes, playing tank is risky in casual. Barik is weak imo. I used to love him but not so much recently. For supports in general being able to keep yourself alive is probably the most important aspect in casual. Nobody will peel for you. Nobody will use their shield to protect you etc. I'd rank Saati higher. She can carry easier than Sky, Talus, or Andro imo. I've liked Vora ever since they changed her ultimate's PoV.
As an aggressive tank and Drogoz player, I gotta say I keep my support alive whenever I can, it's especially easy on Koa and Azaan, my strongest tanks (I don't wanna play azaan rn though because of his unnecessary buffs he feels even more overpowered now)

The problem with character tier lists in Paladins is that no one takes talents or character cards into account.
All things considered, this tierlist is a pretty good representation of the average Paladins player skill level.
Dredge the only champ u need
lacking dmg? can deal alot
air champs? harpoon

Tried playing Buck in casuals again. Vora winning 1v1s against Buck is a crime.
Even with Bounce House, if u don't hit all ur pellets, you lose the 1v1 😢
