I never even knew about this Ren Fair...We always just have gone to the main Pleasure Faire every year...Been finding more and more of these smaller faires and pirate invasions, these last few years. I lived in Vegas for 13 years and they have a Ren Faire every year in October. Now that we moved back to California a few years back, been finding other small ones around the Central Valley area and just went to a Pirate Invasion in Fresno and there are a few other ren fairs around here during the year. Looked up the Koroneburg one and The Poxy Bogarts are there June 8-9th...may have to go check the whole thing out then! They are hilarious as well if you have not seen them, I highly recommend catching one of their performances.
We want to go back again this season! I forgot to mention in the video that the difference between this fair and other local fairs, it that the village is permanent and the structures are there year round. Definitely check it out if you have the chance.
I received an email stating that their lease is up in Riverside County in 2025 and Riverside has not indicated that they are going to renew the lease. They have a petition for people to sign to try and have Riverside County renew their lease. I will be going on June 8 Saturday to check out this Ren Faire for the first time. Plus it's Pirate Weekend as well. Great video as always, Randy! 😀
In 2010 an episode of the TV show House titled Knight Fall was filmed at Koroneburg. The production company did some set dressing to add to the look that the director was going for. I was one of the extras.
