This is the song my father used to play on the piano all throughout my life. He passed away a year ago and just by listening to this song it brings me a mixture of nostalgia and melancholy.

Hi Jose. I had about a years piano lessons 50 odd years ago when I was a young girl. The way I learnt was exactly as you played this song. Melody was with the right hand and chords with the left. I have looked online at different techniques of piano playing to try and learn again but haven't found any the way you played this piece. Do you know what I could search for to find this technique? Thank you
