Hi Top Hat! I agree that they are great for breakfast, and a really good thing is that you can add any "filler" ingredient that you like, as I mention near the end of the video. Have a wonderful weekend!
Hi M&A Mystery Tours! A very warm welcome to my channel. Thank you for taking the time to let me know that you like the recipe - I appreciate it. Nice to know you're from Australia - my son and daughter-in-law live in the state of Victoria. We hope to visit there soon - Have a wonderful day!
Hello! New subscriber and I'm loving your keto content - thank you for sharing your recipes and for explaining everything so thoroughly! I love your plaid mitten spatula.
Hi Nancy! A very warm welcome to my channel - thank you for your kind words and for subscribing. I'm glad that you like the explanations. I have a collection of mitten spatulas for different purposes. The plaid one reminds me of our trip to Scotland. It's nice to recall happy memories when I am cooking. Have a great weekend!
These look like a great way to start a new day, will have to try spoiling myself and my husband one day soon for our weekend breakfast, thank you very much for sharing!
Hi Tracy! They're also a great prep-ahead breakfast - just keep them in an airtight container in the fridge, where they will keep well for three or four days. Have a very nice day - Cheers!
Spinach and bacon (I use frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry). Spinach and ham (un-cured, no sugar ham for us) Ham and cheese Mix of peppers, onions, mushrooms with very sharp cheddar Dill and salmon bits (I use cold smoked salmon and no cooking prior to adding it-keeps it soft and flavorful) Thanks for sharing your recipe!!
Hi Beth! I have one word for you: YUM! I make the ham and cheese as well, but the others are DEFINITELY on my to-do list. Thank you very much for your suggestions, I really appreciate them. Have a wonderful weekend!
@@KetoMealsandRecipes, love your recipes! Thanks for keeping us inspired! Hope you enjoy the suggestions. I’m thinking of trying some finely diced, well drained kimchi and bacon or spicy sausage in them. Drizzling with a touch of sesame oil, some may not be able to use sesame oil but it doesn’t seem to bother me. Enjoy your weekend too!
Hi Festus's Mom! Great to hear from you again - I hope that you and your family had wonderful holidays! I do like bacon and cheese as well, and when I have bacon at home I do add it to my egg bites. Thank you for answering my video question - I really appreciate it. Have a great weekend!
Hi Kean! I did not use water, neither in the recipe nor as a water bath. I placed my silicone muffin form onto a metal pan so that I could transfer it into the oven more easily. I may have confused you when I mentioned "sous vide" which is how Starbucks makes their egg bites. Personally, I don't like the sous vide method of cooking, but using the silicone muffin forms gives a nice, soft bottom and sides like a sous vide method. I'm sorry for any confusion - I hope that my explanation is helpful. Thank you for your question - have a wonderful day!
Hi Karen! Yes, for each of my videos, there is a link to the written recipe in the RUclips description box. For your convenience, here is the link to the written recipe: www.ketomealsandrecipes.com/recipe/keto-egg-bites-3-ways/ Have a happy and healthy day!
Hi E. I consider my videos to be instructional tutorials that not only show you just the recipe, but also provide information about the steps, ingredients, or equipment that I use, and why. I have a blind subscriber, and a very close relative, also legally blind, who rely on the audio. May I suggest that you turn off the audio, and rely on the written recipe instead? Thank you for watching the video, and taking the time to let me know your thoughts. Have a wonderful weekend!
Hello! Thank you for the correction to my pronunciation. Adding all of the added ingredients into the bites would be another delicious way of enjoying them. I like your suggestion. Have a wonderful day!
These look like a fantastic breakfast food, thank you for sharing!

I absolutely agree with you, Joe. Have a wonderful day!
Do you need to add waters on the tray?

It's pronounced soo-vee, like boo and like see. Thanks for the video. I'd probably put all of the ingredients into the same bites.
