I preordered this book and got it two days ago. I'm not just reading it, I'm internalizing it. I am only half way through it it has already transformed me. This book and "the Awe of God" have changed my life. I have recommended it to everyone.

I feel like this is something we need to hear in todays age and be encouraged that- God welcomes us to wrestle and cry out to Him, and for Him- He desires to meet with us and to commune with us. I will definitely be listening to this again and sharing it with others!
I understand where your friend is coming from. I pray at least 1000 times a day every nigh5 ingo to bed and fall asleep praying. I pray about little things. I don't even listen to the radio when I drive. I pray the hole 1 h drive to work and the 1h drive home. Sometimes, what I pray for happens, and sometimes it doesn't, but I never hear anything back except my own thoughts. I have cried. I have begged and pleaded, but still nothing. All I do is watch Christian stuff listen to Christian music and read the bible now for over 20 years! If I got into telling you my story of my life, you may understand this next comment.. Hope is the only thing I have left inside of me, and it is so small. Now, in life, the only thing that keeps me going is my kids! And that I want them to know God in a way that I never have! I will continue to watch this video. I hope it helps if it does I will let you know!
I really love all of the books that you guys write. And I was really blessed by saints. And I am definitely going to buy this book words with God. I have been thinking a lot about reverence and also I’m going to read the book the John Bevere just had out last fall. I think it was. I have just been so blessed by your family thank you guys for being faithful and for writing.
