What you see here is a choreographed routine of a weapons form.  It has elements of martial arts, tricking, and Manipulating the sword.
Obviously, throwing a sword in the air while flipping is not going to win in a real fight; but I find it a great way to keep my body in good shape. It’s also improved my coordination.
