Most annoying advert of all time. I hate it so much. I looked it up deliberately just so I had somewhere to type out my distain. I'm opening an account with Monzo after this.

I am enraged by most adverts, but this was really funny, I actually searched it up to watch it again a year later because I liked it that much.

Starling Bank. For the sort of person who is inspired by the idea of going into someone’s business premises, throwing their paperwork everywhere and causing malicious damage to their ceiling, potentially injuring dozens of people with glass debris.

Because the big banks are complacent and bureaucratic, not ready to adapt to the modern customer and most people won't bother changing just out of inertia, and people often think it's too hard, even though it's not

I am starling bank customer i dont have a phone but want to login into my bank account. I am also a developer but that also needs aa phone too! For customer who loos their phones what do you advise them to do in emergency?

It’s an all digital bank with no physical branches. However Starling are a brilliant bank, best one for a current account

Hey, just a note for your market team, i believe this bank managed to completely override the anxiety young people face when going to a bank irl for the first time and for anybody turning 18 it is a lifesaver to be able to open an account easily with no social awkward interactions. I have many positive thoughts and feelings towards this bank so I am happy to provide any more tips if the social team Deems necessary. I reckon you should take the bank in a direction where it gets people thinking about how it can reduce stress and anxiety, and do a study on how it affects mental health too. Let me know what you think and say thank you to Anne for me btw! 😊

SO MUCH FOR SETTING PEOPLE FREE! Starling has queried 1 transaction on my business account and proceeded to block my personal account. I have given them all the information they requested and they refuse to unblock my personal account In short, DO NOT USE THIS UNTRUSTWORTHY BANK!
