Does it track naps also does the readiness score update throughout the day?
Yes it does track naps and will update all day
Hi, I just bought the same ring but when I pair it with the app the glucose and VO2 measurements dissappear. Did you had the same issue and do you have to use the ring for at least 24 hours for them to show?
Yes i believe you do have to use it for a day. Let me look into that tho 🙂
