What you have seen in the concerts are the people who had the time to attend these music events not yet including those who were not available. Basically, since the song Stand By Me has a lot of similarities in tempo and tone to Andrew E's Banyo Queen (Banyo=Bathroom), they merge the chorus of the song to Stand By Me. The foreign singers was so amazed that he let the crowd sing it even without knowing the song (Song is in Tagalog language. Don't worry, no bad words in the lyrics.)
