Imagine, Filipinos bought the expensive tickets to watch the Concert and perform , sing with the artists, Just normal in the Philippines, Thanks and God bless
in our country singing is natural cause when we have a family gathering one of our intertainment is singing grom the latest song ( karaoke ) dancing . , singing is our natural way of intertainment either you are sad and happy and this band is very popular in the phils
The Corrs have their peaked around 1996-1998 and in the Philippines they are a huge stars so its no wonder we loved them. Andrea is loved by many Filipinos. I am a fan BTW.
There’s no such thing as time in the Philippines. If we heard your song on the radio a few times and thought ‘that sounds good’ I guarantee you, it will be remembered until the end of time. The title of the songs on the other hand……..no one remembers those…….
This is meant as a joke. Lighten up. Fun fact: The Philippines is one of the countries with high RUclips and social media consumption. Also, The Philippines rank very low in terms of online literacy. Kakalungkot diba?
I was stationed in Cebu Philippines and never left. I'm still here. Filipinos are the kindest loveliest people on earth. This concert? Just the tip of the iceberg
My husband and I were also part of the audience on the same side as the one who uploaded this video. I literally cried and sang along. This was their 2nd night and also their 2nd time to visit The Philippines, the 1st one was 2001.
@@sheilaflaminiano8814true. Way before the could become a bog draw. I happened to see them at he sm megamall that day but totally missed the performance. But saw them nevertheless signing autographs on the table provided. At that time I didnt know them yet that much . All i know is that they looked like angels sent from the sky. Goodness they looked like Goddesses, young and adorable!
When Celine Dion concert in Manila, Philippines she said during concert Filipinos no need to practice singing..! Coz Filipinos she knows Filipino are good singer's..! Hahah crazy Filipinos about singing.! 👍👍👍🇵🇭
Yeah we're crazy about singing, imagine base on my experience i can sing even i feel sad or happy, im not a good singer but i really like singing lol...
I remember when we watched a Barry Manilow concert in Ultra Pasig. .a Filipina in the audience was called by Barry to come up the stage and sing with him unknowingly that she's being videotaped by the production crew. Before going down Barry gifted her the videorecorded tape with autograph siempre. What a surprise ! She couldn't believe it happened. With her BF the couple for sure won't never forget that event in their lives. We ourselves enjoyed the concert, too. Thanks for the free tickets given to us. Truly worth-remembering in my whole life.
The Corrs is Filipinos' favorite. I grew up listening and singing their songs. That's why no matter how many years have passed, The Corrs will always be Filipinos' favorite.
This is how we love music. Filipinos just show thier love and appreciation for music by singing along with the musicians/singers. We love music , all kinds of genres. Thank you.
They were famous until the early 00s after they started to have their own families, and now trying to make a come back in a no-pressure way. Their hit Runaway has been played in many weddings, and at least 3 other songs are normally sung in karaoke nights. I was there singing my heart out.😊
On their day 2 concert in Manila, on this same song, the lead singer said "Can we take you with us?" During the chorus where the crowd was singing in unison, louder than her. While she was testing up due to the loud singing from the crowd.
I've grown up hearing this song in our home, and now listening to it again reminds me of my past, when my family was still complete and my parents were still together. I keep listening to this song to remember the feeling of having a complete family and to somewhat heal the wounds that have been left in my heart.
The reason why The Corrs have lots of fan in the philippines and can watch their concert because mostly of the are from 19's people who already have work and can afford to buy ticket.. ❤
Sir this are Corrs Sibling namely Andrea, Sharon, Caroline, and Jim from an Irish background of alternative rock and traditional theme as their Genre music❤❤❤ Im so inlove and an avid fan of THE CORRS. Im so brokeup with tears, joy, and excitement watching this concert❤❤❤
This is not actually their first time. It’s their third time in the country and second time they held a concert at a big venue, both times sold out. Andrea was soooo overwhelmed and emotional (both nights) because it had been 22 years since they last held their concert and fans, who discovered a lot of other music artists over the years, still know their songs by heart. And still love them. I’m one of those fans. The Corrs is the only band I ever loved. I’m very, very happy that I was there - 2001 and 2023 - to watch how amazing they are.
Its amazing audience to sing with the singer with perfect tune, that's only in the Philippines you can experience that "WOW! and the audience reception and response WOW! , I have no words to say!💕
Filipinos are warm people though sometimes luck of financial but make sure they do something to make things possible when it comes to boxing, beauty pageant neither concerts its really amazing 💖💖💖🇵🇭
When the songs are familiar and artists allow their Filipino audience to take part, it's like karaoke night. So much fun! Yes, it happened during the Corrs concert last year in October and again during Janet Jackson's Together Again Tour in Manila, just two weeks ago.
Love the Corrs. Listened to their songs a lot when I was still in college and up to this day. Still have their CDs in my collection. Gawd... the nostalgia.
There's a fan cam video of her of this very video but was shot much closer. You could really see Andrea's teary eyes in the end. I guess she really overwhelmed and not just giving a spiel. This was day one. They must have been shocked at the reception they got after twenty years.
I was in The Philippines 🇵🇭 in 2022. The audiences are just as demonstrated. Siblings. Jim is the oldest. Caroline is the oldest sister. Andrea is the youngest. The last time The Corrs were in The Philippines 🇵🇭 was 2002. They promoted the album In Blue. Most of the hit songs from that album were written by them with Mutt Lange. He produced them. In the same year, he and Bryan Adams wrote and produced some songs. Mutt Lange was working luke a dog 🐕! L 🤣L Runaway. Written by The Corrs. Caroline had her birthday 🎂 on St. Patrick's Day. Andrea Corr cried 😢 when she heard the audience singing Runaway with her. See also The Corrs perform Breathless in Manila.
I’m a 50 year old fan of The Corrs. They were a part of my adulthood.I just love them.I have all their albums.I’m in the States now and I still have their cd.

It's like they are holding a mic and a songbook or reading the lyrics. It really happens when a Concert becomes a Karaoke. That's the spirit of the Pinoy crowd!
Been listening to corrs since grade school id say i have never been tired listening to them the whole set of the band is a great talent, I love their violin girl, she hand this soft handle with the violin that it blends well to the whole song

Believe it or not, Gen Zs still knows their songs. Been in a fiesta and a girl around 13/14(?) y/o sang their song Breathless.

There’s no such thing as time in the Philippines. If we heard your song on the radio a few times and thought ‘that sounds good’ I guarantee you, it will be remembered until the end of time. The title of the songs on the other hand……..no one remembers those…….
I love THE CORRS since highschool and I'm actually 40 now. All their songs are so great that I can still sing and remember all of them. ❤
Artists come to the Philippines not to perform, but to listen to the audience sing their songs to them.
Unlike to Taylor Swift management is more like important to them is 💵💵💵
Dumb response. Do you really think I'm serious with my comment? Think again. Oh yeah, you're dumb, you can't think.
Calling people dumb because you're too dumb to comprehend that the comment was a joke.
Sino naman nagsabi sayo nyan?
This is meant as a joke. Lighten up. Fun fact: The Philippines is one of the countries with high RUclips and social media consumption. Also, The Philippines rank very low in terms of online literacy. Kakalungkot diba?

Stay forever, brother. 👊

Not second time visiting the Philippines.. they've been here way earlier.. they did some mall shows.

Audience be like singing together with their fave artist. Not only in karaoke but LIVE! Who wouldn't love that? I would be thrilled. 😊
andrea got emotional and tearing up because of that scene.. she didnt expect how filipinos sing her song perfectly
True and not only that...the fact after all these years we still love them and their songs.
I remember when we watched a Barry Manilow concert in Ultra Pasig. .a Filipina in the audience was called by Barry to come up the stage and sing with him unknowingly that she's being videotaped by the production crew. I'm a 90's kid and I'm a fan of them.. I really admire their songs since childhood
The 3 girls Caroline(drum), Sharon(violin), Andrea(vocals) and Jim are siblings. Family name is Corr
Andrea Corr can play tin whistle even on their concerts and acoustics. She can also play piano and ukulele but not on their performances.
On their day 2 concert in Manila, on this same song, the lead singer said "Can we take you with us?" During the chorus where the crowd was singing in unison, louder than her. While she was testing up due to the loud singing from the crowd.
