All the teas you can buy at some local grocery stores or shop online, surely Amazon have all items. My recipe is 粗幼all have, not necessary to use 捷榮's recipe, you also can create your own one.

各有喜好嘅,但一般人好少煲十分鐘茶,我認同慢煲出茶味,要睇每個人嘅生活習慣。的確,我唔係分享港式奶茶,而係嚟到美國生活,附近又冇茶餐廳,唯有自己沖,要沖港式奶茶,要有茶袋,大茶壺,仲要做茶膽,但得我同老婆飲,點會大費周章搞咁多嘢,所以就地取材分享一啲簡單易做嘅茶道,方便飲用。如果放假冇嘢做,我都會試下妳嘅方法煲嚟飲,十分感謝提出意見。

請問呢個配方沖港式熱檸荼會, 唔會似港式茶餐廳風味呢?
如果以呢個配方做第一浸茶會比較濃,做檸茶可能會澀咗啲,但沖第二次就OK,所以我每次都係一茶兩飲,唔好嘥。 另一個方就係直接減半,咁茶嘅濃度應該可以直接做檸茶。
