The RealReal lost a tiffany necklace of mine and I let them know that I would take them to small claims court in my hometown. They delayed and delayed, and finally I told them they had to settle with me by 5pm or the next day I was going to file a suit. Right at 4:50 they settled with me.
I did get the amount I wanted. It would cost them to much to send their legal counsel to travel to my area to defend themselves, so they settled@@CravingLux

You need to get a consultation with an attorney because they stole your bag and need to be held accountable! I feel so bad for you this is sucha f-ed up situation. Rebag is a disgusting company!!!

Nothing more unprofessional than a company putting the onus on the unsuspecting customer experiencing an issue thru no fault of their own. There seem to be more and more companies placing a buyer at their mercy without any real concern except for their company’s bottom line. This is an extremely ugly look by Rebag. Pathetic. And not to mention patronizing you with the insulting link on packaging.
