It's best to use fresh baking soda and I ad very little water and mix it well. Press it into a pan and put it in the oven for an hour on 250°f. Let it cool for an hour and then it's ready. If u add too much water it will be hard. You wanna add just enough so when you press it into your hand it holds but still falls apart easily. If that makes sense.
