yum will make these with the grand kids
Great... they will love them.
Hi clare and ian
Great idea Clare's cadac cooking corner
Hopefully more to come
Wullie
There will be more. We lost a load of recordings on a faulty SD card, pity as we even did a roast chicken on the cadac and a very nice chilli. Oh well back to recording some more. Thanks for watching....
Look really good those and easy to make 👍 Thanks for sharing P&J
Thanks Phil.... easy to make but very tasty.
Nice vlog
We do ours on a Weber kettle bbq and we use two paving blocks dusted in cornflour to stop them from sticking and they just slide straight off.
Nice and crispy on the bottom perfect on the top and plenty of different toppings.
Normally have it's running at 200c with indirect cooking from the charcoal with smoked wood chips from a home made smoker in the bottom.
All home/caravan made dough and fresh ingredients and get the kids to do what they like.
Best pizza ever on a campsite .
Yeah we thought about flour to late lol... will try that next time. We are getting used to the Cadac so we are learning new things all the time. I never thought I would like these things but I have to say I am loving it.
Looks fab, thanks for sharing :)
Thank you... Clare did well with these. I love them.
They look delicious Clare, we’ve not got a pizza stone for our Cadac, will have to invest. cheers Martin 🙂
Well as you know I got drawn into the world of Cadac and lost control and bought nearly everything. lol
Brilliant Clare. It's not just being a good cook when teaching cooking. It's the explaining and demonstrating. You certainly pass all the criteria. And Ian I'm loving the input too. Can't wait for the next Clare's Kitchen....... or Cadac! - Lin xx
I wish Clare had more confidence, she was not sure about sharing this video. These are really tasty so I had to share.
That looks awesome Claire, well done.👍
I must try them.xx
Really tasty... I wish Clare had more confidence as she was not sure about posting this video. I love them so had to upload it.
Hi Clare, I love the pizza stone.. I spread some dry semolina on the stone as it burns at a higher temperture than flour.. give it a try... great video...
Hmmm cheers Steve. We did not think of flour or anything to be honest and the first attempt they stuck to the stone. Will try both... thanks... Clare
Great one Clare! Love seeing some simple easy to follow food ideas. They looked yummy! 👍🏻
They were... they were not around for long lol.
Great vlog and delicious looking pizza pittas. Will definitely be trying this when we’re away.
Thanks Dan... Clare is so worried about this video.... I don't know why they are delicious. Let us know if you try them and what you think of them. Ian...
They look delish
I can confirm they were. Just wish Clare thought so. She did not want me to share this video.... don't know why they were lovely.
Very good - we’ve always struggled because the pizza base sticks to the stone. Do you have any tips?
Our first attemp stuck and left burn marks lol. The secret is not to have it to hot and keep moving them. Worked for us in the end after a little trial and error. I guess it was a learning curve as we had just bought the Cadac the trip before we went to Cornwall. Maybe a bit of corn flour on the stone may help too.
Put flour or semolina on the pizza stone
Does the pizza stone go straightvon the bbq or does the silver trivet go underneath
We have not used the pizza stone for a while so from memory I think you used one of the metal stands.
Brilliant, who is the heavy breather with CPOD ?
That would be me.... I smoked for over 20 years. Wish I have never started. So glad I quit when I did, 8 years smoke free now. Pity it was a little late to avoid COPD. Anyway... thanks for watching Andrew. Ian...
We are a spicy 🌶 and garlic loving foody family. But they looked yummy 😋
Hey... ad garlic too. I'm not one for garlic but spice yes please. Dependant on how heavy you are with the sauce it does tingle your tongue a bit.
They look really tasty would love to try making them, but we have a really old cadac(20+yrs) so not sure if the pizza stone would fit. Looking forward to seeing more cooking demos Clare.
Best wishes
Jon and Karen
Would have been more videos but we lost a lot of files on a faulty SD card. Oh well back to recording some more. Ian...
Great vlog. We’re heading back home tomorrow, when do you want us round for dinner 😁😁😁
You would be more than welcome...
Sugar, looks like we can't do these on our cadac as we don't have a master chef apron lol
You must purchase one... it's the law. hahaha
Great recipe, but the heavy breathing………… 😂
Sorry I have Asthma and COPD.
