As far as I understand it you need the Huawei Body Fat Scale app along with the Huawei Health app for the scale to give you the extra measurements. I just purchased a Huawei band 4 and got the health app so doing research in regards to the scale also. And from what I understand, the Body Fat Scale app will help with the extra info. Could you confirm if this helped when you installed the scale app also please?
The HUAWEI app takes the data from the Apple health app, so if you set the correct weight and height in the Apple health app it will automatically adjust it in the HUAWEI App and give you the correct readings.
If the same scale at the same spot in 4 minutes distance gives you 10kg less than before then send it back. I had a Huawei Body Fat scale with that issue. Jumping around and sometimes never found a result.
The scales are in metric.You can switch between metric and imperial in the app but it will give you false readings with Imperial just because of software issues but works perfectly in metric.
