My wife and I got married last year, and I'm so happy to have her in my life. Our love is endless and everlasting and I appreciate every day that I have with her. I feel an immense amount of joy during those tender moments we have together, like this morning when we sipped our cups of coffee, held hands, and watched the sunrise.

I love Elder Scott, he is a so huge example to me of how I must be with future wife and how deep in love of her I should be.

I think that this is so real and so sweet. It can be little things you do everyday. It will add up.
Even the guys have to fight back a tear or two. I've tirelessly searched through the last 15+ years for my eternal companion. I think I've finally found her. Her heart is a perfect 10. It's incredible how good we are for each other this early, but she's still more than I deserve. I'll be forever grateful.

Very touching. Neither one of us is perfect--mostly me--but by recoginizing our own shortcomings and trying to change, and by forgiving each other, love grows. My wife and I have been married 27 1/2 years and it just keeps on getting better every day! I love you, sweetheart!
Marriage is the best covenant and commandment the Lord has given us. I may be 21, but I want to be worthy to be sealed with someone I can care for, even if I have to work hard on it

My grandpa died a month ago and while watching this I was wondering how my grandpa showed my grandma how he loved her.
He was a quiet old man and couldn't do or say much. But whenever something needed to be done, he would always hop in and want to help my grandma.
I will always love the example of service he was to me!
Why would anybody dislike this? Whether you're LDS or not, this is a wonderful video with a beautiful message. If we all would look for ways to show love to our spouses instead of looking for ways to be offended by them, our society would be much happier!
I love the ending comment, because I'm not married yet. But I've received my patriarchal blessing, and have a promise that he will come into my life, and we'll be sealed in the temple. So that last line, "Have faith in those promises, and live to be worthy of them" applies to me more than anything else he was talking about.
This is good advice no matter what religion you are.
I so love the concept - "eternal marriage". I'm so grateful for the knowledge I have of this concept. Who wants to settle for 'until death do you part?' which, if I remember rightly, was what I was told when my husband and I were married. I'm so grateful for the authority from God that is on the earth at this time, that makes eternal families possible. If you want to know more, visit a local LDS church or ask any of the missionaries you see walking or cycling in the area you live.
Thomas and Joyce Vuyk are my beloved grandparents. My grandma passed to the other side of the veil this morning and they were reunited. I am so thankful for their love and their legacy.

My husband and i were married in the temple 2 weeks ago and when we were first met i was a non member and made it clear to him that a temple marriage would never happen. That was before i knew what i know today. Now i am happy to say that bc of the amazing covenants we made we will be sealed for all time and eternity!!

@carrilloch I know the feeling. It can be hard, my husband once was a believer in things like eternal marriage but no longer is. It's been a rough road but I've found that I can still love and appreciate many things about him even though there are so many things we don't share that mean a lot to me. Christ showed love to everyone, even those who didn't show the same level of love back. Stay strong!

Elder Scott spoke to us in the MTC, once, and he told us about his wife who had recently passed away. It's strange, but I think that was the moment I stopped fighting the fact that someday, I would look for an eternal companion too. If marriage can be as good as these people here tell it to be, then we'd better get on that quickly. :P

You two guys are motivated to look for a woman. I'm 20 and I'm recently member of the Church of JC of LDS, but I lost that motivation some time ago, when I realized many aspects, like the time to wait from this moment and all that things what I still have to do (3 years for graduate from university, probably 2 in the mission, 3 more for mastery, some more in doctorate or career speciality, or even both, so more years, also the time to find a work, and some years working) & the lack of experience
Please make an update video with these couples that would be awesome!

Not mormon but true message.... marriage should be forever not until the infactuation wears off there are ups and downs in every relationship but it is important to never think divorce is a way out, you work through your problems.
