Error Message : Another program is currently using this file.
I get an error message: Another program is currently using this file.

Reset the Microsoft Store cache:-
Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
Type “WSReset.exe” (without quotes) and select Enter.
A blank Command Prompt window will appear quickly and the Microsoft Store will open automatically
Restart the PC
and
Try opening the file in which you were having the issue.
