Happy New Year Nick! Excellent job! I used to love painting Warhammer (Tyranids) back in the day, though lately I've been painting on tiny canvases not much larger than a plectrum. There's something about micro-painting that just hits different!
Not bad at all. I think the highlight worked pretty well. Red and white are both tough colors. White isn’t the best as a speed paint and red had a hard time covering darker colors like back.
You kept calling it a log but it kind of looks like a backpackers bed roll to me. Either way the detail looked good! I’m really enjoying these videos so keep practicing and uploading them for us 😁.
