Sometimes we take for granted the opportunities and privilege we have as australians, my family on both sides also came to australia in the late 60s and 70s with not much but worked hard, raised their kids and contributed to their communities, i think if you come to Australia and are willing to work hard and contribute then you should always be provided with the opportunities and be treated equally in society. I get very annoyed when i hear people bad mouth and smear our country, sure we have our faults, but i can bet you that your quality of life is far better of here in australia than in most other developed countries!
Doing so well until you mentioned "final solution". For those unaware, these were just two English words used in a sentence together by one person that were obviously and deliberately taken out of context as an attempted smear. Basically, politics as usual in Australia.
